Pretty disappointing. 1.5 hours drive to get a quote in which they do not live up to their only added value (namely giving customers good advice). Quotation without breakage / cutting loss (!); I had to notice this myself. Also 20% too much grout advised would make me wonder what customers can do with the remainder. Most importantly; after 2 weeks of waiting, still nothing heard from the shelves. Okay, that is not primarily the responsibility of TFC, but there is of course a service problem because the customer can only wait. Please provide the address of the shelf and you can call yourself. This is a marketing / sales company with a good showroom with beautiful collections on display, a glossy catalog, etc. But for good advice, materials and professionals, I look further.
Just a reaction to your reaction. Do understand that you qualify it, but it is not correct. You call me after four weeks and promise that I will still receive a quote from the shelf. Never had. Called two more times afterwards by you for the sole purpose of removing this review. Sorry but you didn't get it. To this day I have not yet received a quote from a shelf. And then suggest that this is due to misunderstanding in contact details. Bit sad.
