A visit to the company is worthwhile. There you can clearly see what the flagstones look like and how they can be processed. We also received good advice. Reference was also made to various setters. Dragan van Flagstonehuis has done an excellent job.
We are very satisfied with the good service (both advice and aftercare).

Our kitchen was renovated last summer. We were looking for a tough and industrial look. We found this in the brick strips of The Flagstone company. Opted for the city with a messy joint after having received good advice about this in the showroom. Also very nice to see all types of stone in real life, nice spacious showroom and friendly help, good knowledge gained too! I recommend it.

What a beautiful showroom you have. And what enthusiastic employees. They spontaneously wanted to make such a beautiful natural stone wall themselves. We will definitely go back here.
For now, let's do it with the stepping stones for a path to our hot tub.

We chose Flagstone Company for our fireplace in the living room. We were very kindly helped in the showroom. The advice proved to be very useful. Fast and correct delivery of the materials and excellent communication. The brick slips were set by Pavlin, a real artist. He has left the stones intact as much as possible, which gives a very natural effect. He also got the corners of the fireplace neatly straight.

We had a garden house in the back of our garden that we wanted to give a bit more charisma. Via the internet we ended up with The Flagstone Company and then made a nice trip from Belgium with a visit to TFC. We were very well received with good explanation. Our choice was partly made in advance and were certainly sold when we actually saw the stone. Delivery was perfect, only piping bags were not included, but after one e-mail TFC sent it by post the following day without any costs. I was able to view the internet site and started to learn the tricks of the trade. We are very satisfied with the result, so that the second project with the same stone is already on offer and of course we place our order at TFC. Good service and always available if you have questions.

Ordered 30 M2 bricks, after laying 22 M2 it was finished. Laid by professional setters, almost no cutting loss. Nevertheless, they did not admit that there was simply too little delivered, so we could also pay for the extra bricks. Bad service!

The Flagstone Company is a wonderful example of a professional company that responds to today's demand without compromising the authentic charm of the past.

We were looking for something unconventional, the brick slips that are not on every corner of the street for sale and then you are really at the right place. Natural stone and imitation, we did not see the difference. Meanwhile we have realized a kitchen with materials from Flagstone that we are very happy with and where we get compliments from everyone, even the people who do not like this kind of wall coverings. A super inspiration book with examples that make you 'greedy'. Beautiful showroom where the ideas of 'popping' in your head and not unimportantly super service. Helped quickly and you will be called back when there is still an indication for a problem or question that did not seem to be solvable at first. In short, toppers!

The choice of a new terrace was a good quest. Until I saw the examples on the website of The Flagstone Company, it was exactly what I was looking for. The purchase of the flagstones went well, everything was delivered on time and as agreed. A fine company with enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff. I have received good advice, also about which professionals I could hire to lay the terrace. I am so happy with the end result, we have the terrace exactly what we wanted and enjoy it every day.

The Flagstone magazine is extensive and clear. It gives you a lot of inspiration and gives you ideas that you would never have thought of yourself!

Pretty disappointing. 1.5 hours drive to get a quote in which they do not live up to their only added value (namely giving customers good advice). Quotation without breakage / cutting loss (!); I had to notice this myself. Also 20% too much grout advised would make me wonder what customers can do with the remainder. Most importantly; after 2 weeks of waiting, still nothing heard from the shelves. Okay, that is not primarily the responsibility of TFC, but there is of course a service problem because the customer can only wait. Please provide the address of the shelf and you can call yourself. This is a marketing / sales company with a good showroom with beautiful collections on display, a glossy catalog, etc. But for good advice, materials and professionals, I look further.

Just a reaction to your reaction. Do understand that you qualify it, but it is not correct. You call me after four weeks and promise that I will still receive a quote from the shelf. Never had. Called two more times afterwards by you for the sole purpose of removing this review. Sorry but you didn't get it. To this day I have not yet received a quote from a shelf. And then suggest that this is due to misunderstanding in contact details. Bit sad.

Very satisfied with customer service. Always helpful and delivered a beautiful product. The delivered m2 did not quite match the m2 measured by myself, but that has perfectly picked Flagstone. Absolutely recommended!

The welcome at The Flagstone Company was extremely warm. And what a choice. Beautiful plates on the wall where you can see the stones. And example walls. We were very well helped with the choice and explanation for the placement.

I then stuck a wall myself with Geopietra brick slips. I myself sometimes do a job at home, but no major renovations. So I was a little nervous about doing this, but it worked out well. In fact, I immediately covered another wall with the stones that I had left. (Bit too generously purchased or the loss of stones was not too bad). It is fun to do. I would even dare to do it now in my living room. So who knows!

A good choice to buy our stones at The Flagstone. The employees showed us a lot and gave us a lot of information. It was a long drive from Noord-Holland-Noord, but well worth it. We went twice to make the right choice. Our walls have now become very beautiful and graceful.

The stones are very beautiful and gluing was very easy. After seeing the vide's that Peter Eekhof posted on the website a few times, the work became easier for us to do.

I had thought last minute that I did not want childrens heads in my garden, but flagstones. Nowhere else could we view and compare all flagstones to determine the correct color. Fortunately I discovered the flagstone company just in time. When I stepped in there I thought "Wow! Wonderful!" All types of flagstones are so beautifully presented in the showroom. In this way I could compare everything well together and I could go with all my questions. I have received good tips about the different types, laying and having the flagstones laid. And luckily I could have them delivered within a week. I have to say that it was 10 m2. Everything is neat and tidy and delivered on time. So I can only say that they have good service. They are now in the garden and we are very happy with it. We get a lot of compliments about it. The flagstones really give a holiday atmosphere to the garden.

We wanted a tropical terrace for our garden, and we wanted to experience the "center parcs" feeling. Via the internet we soon arrived at the flagstone company.
Two years ago we went there just to have a look, but it didn't stop there. In the end we bought the brazil yellow natural stone. We have received many tips and explanations about the flagstones that we would take and how we could best lay those flagstones ourselves.
Last year 2018 we bought the flagstones and we started preparing for laying in 2019, in May 2019 it was completely in place.
We are so happy with our new terrace, and all thanks to the good advice of a highly skilled team from the flagstone company!

Beautiful book, beautiful photos, nice and glossy.
But unfortunately price indications are missing.
And what I also miss is a short list per product in which the most important properties are listed. For example with price, stone type, dimensions or the like. That does not have to be at the expense of the texts.
Furthermore, the less wealthy customer will not recognize themselves in the world of luxury and design. The impression of affordability should also be highlighted for this customer.
For me personally I was looking for stone slips with a curve to cover a well. Unfortunately not found ..

The flagstones we have received this time are of lower quality than previous delivery. There are many stones between them that are crooked and therefore can not be used.

In addition, your Alex Koppelman touted as tiler, but I am completely dissatisfied with that. Hard to make appointments and the work is very sloppy.

Our garden renovation is over and the flagstones are in it. Really beautiful. Combines well with the Mussel limestone stacking wall. Good and friendly service and good advice in an excellent showroom. Stick two more walls with stone strips next spring and then everything will be ready. Already looking forward to!

Nice shop, you just have to pay attention you have to pay everything in advance 100% and only then they deliver the products. With us they (Flagstone Company) had wrongly calculated the chimney, so we had 2000.00 of stones and 11 bags of grout left (everything still in the packaging). You would say they have calculated it wrong so they deal with that nicely but that is not the case for me so no Flagstone Company anymore.

The Flagstone book that I recently received is fantastic. Very nice inspiration book. The reason I ordered it is because in time I want to transform my basement into a cozy neighborhood cellar with a rustic look, where I would certainly like to occupy 1 wall with flagstone. But the book has also inspired me to other ideas. But the project is not over immediately. Thank you very much for the wonderful book and I will certainly contact you as soon as the project becomes more concrete.
