RCA is such a wonderful company to work for. I leave work everyday knowing I helped someone and made their lives a little bit easier. The management is great and I have learned so much from them. The pay is great, the environment is enjoyable to work in. I m am grateful to have crossed paths with this company.
The one in Tulsa, Oklahoma fired me because I was going on maternity leave. Played a role like they were not going to teach me a lot because I was about to leave then let me go saying my work wasn t where they thought it would be then lied and made up excuses. I just think that s messed up to fire a pregnant girl that let you know these jobs don t care but God has a lot stored for me. Oh yea don t ask for help no one is going to want to help they going to tell you look off of notes !
Started to work for this company in a new office in downtown town Fort Worth for JPS hospital. I was given a BIG training Manuel and a 10 page test in the first 30 minutes of employment! All other employees had 2 weeks of trading verbal and training manual. They were given the same test. I was skeptical because every question I asked, the director Bethany rushed through the answer! I was told don t be afraid to ask questions. When I asked Bethany a question I was told look in your Manuel and made to feel questions aren t allowed. I said i am not familiar with mom and babies, that s all the patient i was given, i wanted to make sure i knew what i was
Doing prior to speaking with the patient. I was told no one was familiar with it but i can t just give you what you know umm hello, i asked you to HELP walk me through the process( LIKE SHE DID EVERYONE ELSE) so I could write it down! The more training you give your employees,. they will be more efficient in their work load!!!! Also, was given access to JPS computer system, I had NO CLUE how to use the system! I asked 2 days in a row, how do I use the system and was told don t worry about it, screen these patients!
Basically this company wants to throw a Manuel at you and throw you to the wolves! Sink or swim kind of thing! I am very upset as I had high hopes for this position! If you want training this is NOT a company for you.
They sent me a text stating they were my current lender and this is not the truth. Be aware of companies who lie to retrieve business. It is a terrible business practice.
They called me out of the blue and didn't have their facts straight don't give any information its a scam to steal your information and file a clam on your insurance I didn't even have a bill from st Mary's to file a claim on

Such poor service in Houston,TX. I had an interview and did an assessment they made me do online which took about an hour or so. Completed the assessment, called the staffing agency a number of time and the lady on the other end said that i needed to call back to get the recruiter on the line. Never got a call back after she said they'd call me. Sent number of emails and nothing. I do not recommend these people! Such garbage.
