We had to euthanize our dog of 14 years and they were very caring and compassionate. They made what was very difficult for us a little easier. The price was half of what the vet wanted. Sincere thanks to all the staff.

The facility was clean as was the cages. The animals are well taken care of. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

We have been there a few times, depends on the staff's mood as to your treatment I guess. Yesterday I needed to contact them for help with a sad starving puppy that I found in a ditch near my home. Ended up having to contact the police department to get results. The pup had gone under a outbuildiing in my neighbors yard. The young man that responded was very nice but left the site without finding the puppy. My wife and I have not been able to get it out of our minds.
Today I spent more than an hour trying to contact them for information about the puppy. I listened to all the options and tried all that I thought may get me to a person who could help, no one was available. Finally I tried the operator, the phone rang and it was picked up and hung up. Thinking it was a mistake I tried again, same thing happened.
I hope they take better care of the animals then this. I understand most of the people who work there are volenteers. None of the extention I was trying to contact were for the volenteers.
I want to thank all the volenteers for their hard work and love for animals. It's good to know someone works in this place.

Unfortunately I had to put my beloved Patchie yesterday and the experience was so pleasant, given the circumstance I was truly pleased. Didn't think I could stay with him but the two ladies made it such a calming and pleasant experience totally putting me at peace with my decision.

I adopted my Patchie there over 13 years ago and if I decide to adopt again I'll go right back there...good job.

I called them last week to come to my place to pick up a cat that someone dropped off and plus he is hurt they took my phone number and address but did they come out hell no

Went today to get my dog creamated very sad day. Very professional and helpful people.

I found out that the use of the term "Humane Society" has no affiliation with The Humane Society" known nationally. I have high hopes for this place, but have always been disappointed, sad to say.

BIGGEST WASTE OF TAX PAYER MONEY!! PHONE SYSTEM SUCKS, has too many Q's none relevant to trying to report a stray animal that's in distress. Why do I have one of your volunteers answer this damn phone and take care of his business there is a stray dog at 18th Street South and A1A that is in distress and needs help and if something happens to the dog I would hold you accountable and your system again it sucks!

I've been calling trying to figure out how to adopt a dog called three days in a row the adoption specialist has not returned my call and never is there to pick up the phone that website does not show animals online they're just killing animals here I guarantee that

This place is great, everyone is so helpful. I got my Little dog Bella from here ,watch out for kennel cough she came with, no one told me.

My cat went missing I went on website and reported the problem.... Two days later I got a phone call that a nice couple had found my cat and trace it back to humane society because of his microchip.....They lady that called me was very nice and helped me get my Cat back. Thank you so much!!!!!

If I could give a ZERO I would have. The most dis-honost , Lying, Theiving group of people Ive had the pleasure of meeting in Flagler County. If you own a pretty dog...better lock it up tight. These people steal family pets and sell them for their own benefits. I will be seeing them in court.

The vets at this place are great.the officers are a little carried away .

I use the veterinarian services and the female veterinarian is great!!!
