I try to renew my policy taxi driver and I am in Romania in holiday for 3 weeks , I spoke with a lady...she don t know nothing about the driving outside the uk ,she said that the policy isn t valid outside the Europe , and I can t insure my vehicle because I am gone from uk ! This is a bit of racism ! ,how come this !!! ?? Really ?!

Such a con company .... never ever use them again... try Sure insurance for taxi insuranceI as they are the best... can t believe that they can do this to their customers.. as we was away because we of family emergency... as it was our last instalment 9 th payment due and it did not went through bank because we were not here in country ... they cancelled the insurance with the reason being direct debit failed on last instalment due... so clever and con they cancelled it knowing it s a last payment and our three months are free as we paid all amount in 9 instalment plus deposit ... when contacted them on our returns saying they can t reinstate it .. messed our no claim ...

Stay away people. Very bad company. They will ignore you once received your payment. PLENTY OF HIDDEN COST IN THEIR CONTRACT. Be very careful. Simply don t take the risk.
