Good price, good customer service and friendly Mr Sheraz.

Despite 20yrs accident free/points free Flag prices kept rising, with no explanation.
Obviously doesnt pay to stay too long.
Had many cheaper quotes ie 1/3 cheaper.
Cant rate their handling of claims as i never had to.
Male colleagues all paid less-disturbing

I have been with Flag Insurance for the past 2 years each time they have been the best customer service and the cheapest insurer thanks to Alan and Hazel for all your help with this years insurance. Hope to deal with you again next year.

The beast and efficient customer service ever. The lady i spoke to was Very professional. She made everything so easy and quick and because of her professionalism and the knowledge she possessed saved the day for me. Because of her i was able to get back to work quicker than i estimated..

I just renewed my taxi insurance with Mr sharaz, he was quite nice, helpful and professional. This is my third year with Flag insurance and i am happy with flag insurance.

Mr Allan was really good he did the necessary ground work to make sure I got the best price possible. He called back when he said he would and followed up on his promises

I was served by Shiraz Anwar he was absolutely amazing he was very patient with my renewal as I had very competitive quotes elsewhere in fact cheaper but I d rather pay that little extra and be with a reputable company than not and Shiraz was very influential in making my decision as he was very caring and not pushy which made me comfortable and stay a further year so thank you Shiraz for your wonderful service

Be aware of the small print which they dont tell u before payment.

Do you think I will ever be thinking to use you again even if you give me half price?
Or anyone who's interested in fining your hidden charges from 100 pages of small print?

I cannot express my thanks enough to Sharon and the team. Even though I had a fault claim and theses are only my broker Flag went well above and beyond in their assistance. Even chasing the garage concerned regarding repairs. Cannot recommend this company highly enough
