My name is Marc, Our apartment has a carpet replacement job which assigned to this company by our agent. They promissed that as soon as deposit get paid, job can be arranged immediately. The fact is, the deposit was paid at 17th Jan 2020, and after that, i almost try to contact them every 2-3 days, all i want is just to book a confirmed date when they can come do the job. Not only everytime the girl does not want to give me a date, but also she start talking to me with bad attitude! Today is 15th Feb, still i have not get even a confirmed date!!! a carpet job need 1 month to plan? i mean just to plan!!! what kind of business it is? shame on you!
