I have to write a review even if people don t even take a notice to it but you need to know whatever you do do not use this agency I highly recommend it there will be nothing done that the receptionist will do when you are calling for the patient they will continue to put you on hold and transfer you to different people they do not know how to do the job properly the way they respond over the phone is very unprofessional they do not represent the company how they should represent the company and especially there is one specific Dominican woman that picks up the phone and she will transfer you and continue to transfer you so she won t have to do any work I will be coming in with the patient very soon once this COVID-19 situation starts to die down enough to where the patient is comfortable enough to travel and I will be reporting this agency to a higher authority

Being a five star client has been a great experience. Everyone who works there has been so wonderful, helpful, and compassionate. They take care of all the needs of their patients and always make sure that the proper care is taken to ensure the best interest of their clients. They cater to all needs necessary. I would recommend five star agency to anyone who is in need of a caregiver. I fully trust their agency in taking care of my loved ones.

Horrible Horrible my mother had with this agency. I do NOT recommend this agency to anyone. Many of their home attendants don't want to do their task their is no compassion for the elderly here. Do your homework and place your love ones in a good agency where they provide professional care.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Five Star homecare agency and particularly to my Mom's home attendant- Marine or just Marie who is been like an angel for my Mom.
After switching to Five Stars from the other homecare agency, its been like get breathing fresh air! Marine is very reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable! She is empathetic and accommodative, which for my Mom who is 87 at this hard time during pandemic isolation is entirely vital! But today, September 16th, she saved my Mom's life!
When in the morning after breakfast, my Mom was taking her daily medications, she got choked on the water she took to get those meds down and started to get blue on the face.. Marine dididn't loose her bearing, dididn't waste any seconds-she pushed emergency button and got Caring24 Technologies people on the phone and on the same time, she applied the Heimlich maneuver twice to my striving for air Mom and she started to breath! This technique Marine learned at Homecaring Professionals course she took at Five Star homecare agency.
I'm indebted to Marine for life!!
I'm infinitely thankful to Five Star agency for selecting and providing such a high standard professionals for their clients!

I am a patient of this home care and they are amazing they help me with every thing. I recommend them!

I called Krystle Willer to get care started for my father within 48 hours she had everything set up. My mother called me to tell me . That she was absolutely amazed by how much she loved the nurse. Her nurse Jane soent over an hour and half with her. Went over everything and did not miss a single detail about my father's care. Answer every question. Also said a therapist would call. As soon as the nurse left the therapist left she recieve a call for an appointment the next day for therapy! I can not tell you how Happy I am FINALLY my father has the care he needs as a Veteran. Thank, highly recommended them

This is the most horrible home health care agency, they simply do not care about their clients. If you call to ask anything they transfer you to a Voice mail without telling you anything.
We love my mother Home Aid but this agency neglect my mother averytime the aid is out of town. no matter how early she let them know about her time off they simple dont care and do not look for a subtitute

Agancy is horrible..Intake specialist were well aware and advised that I have a animal In the house but they tell they can t get an aide that is ok with animals in the house in fact my dog is service and they can t get no one to come and expect me to chain him up n leave him in a closed room or they send someone that speaks little to no English or they send someone that extremely lazy that is on there phone or laptop entire shift when ask to do something that on care plain they argue with u saying that not there job till u show careplain or u ask them to go to few thing from store for example coke cola soda they come back with Pepsi just wonder type of circus is being ran here

They don't deserve the one star.. This agency is horrible.. Been hired since February haven't been called for a case yet.. Don't answer the phone some can't comprehend and pick and choose who they want on the case FAVORITISM.. I recommend no one to work for this company.. Went to another agency the same day got called for a job within a week..
