This is the most horrible home health care agency, they simply do not care about their clients. If you call to ask anything they transfer you to a Voice mail without telling you anything.
We love my mother Home Aid but this agency neglect my mother averytime the aid is out of town. no matter how early she let them know about her time off they simple dont care and do not look for a subtitute
