I would like to express my deep gratitude to Five Star homecare agency and particularly to my Mom's home attendant- Marine or just Marie who is been like an angel for my Mom.
After switching to Five Stars from the other homecare agency, its been like get breathing fresh air! Marine is very reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable! She is empathetic and accommodative, which for my Mom who is 87 at this hard time during pandemic isolation is entirely vital! But today, September 16th, she saved my Mom's life!
When in the morning after breakfast, my Mom was taking her daily medications, she got choked on the water she took to get those meds down and started to get blue on the face.. Marine dididn't loose her bearing, dididn't waste any seconds-she pushed emergency button and got Caring24 Technologies people on the phone and on the same time, she applied the Heimlich maneuver twice to my striving for air Mom and she started to breath!
