Fith bv Review

I have experienced that there are very nice people working at Fith who can provide you with good advice. I have experienced it as a support.

Job mediation, tailor-made programs and coaching by senior advisors. Good concept.

My wish was to become a guest lady in a hospital or care home. We searched and found together with the consultant. I am very happy with it. Fortunately to do something in work that I can handle well.

Interviewed, unprofessional way of interviewing, it was indicated that there were no clues in my resume, but that I was invited because of an acquaintance who works there. Interviewer (director) was sitting nicely behind his computer screen gave me the feeling of what you are actually doing here. Arrogance at its best .....

A company that first and foremost paints an incredibly beautiful picture and once they have concluded a contract it is all very disappointing. You are the one looking for work and applying and their talk time is full and no more. Don't fall for it! Worthless!

Great organization and great people to work with
Lots of expertise.

Very bad organization. The coach on offer appeared to have little or no knowledge of relevant information and UWV requirements. The replacement also turned out not to have seen the light yet. The employer himself contacted the management of Fith, Mr. Roth. What he found was a lump of stubborn arrogance and no empathy at all. Fith falls into the category of talk-makers who want to make money quickly without wanting to do much for it. A complete bet!
