This is the first vet that is I have been to that is fairly priced and everyone and I mean everyone at Crabapple Knoll loves your pet. I have never seen a vet so patient focused. It is an amazing place. The difference is their passion to treat you and your pet with respect and compassion regardless of the situation.
We usually go to another vet but they are not open on Sunday s. My dog was throwing up and we didn t really have another option. Jasmin at the front desk was amazing. Instead of telling us no or pushing us to the afternoon they went out of their way to squeeze us in for a morning appointment to get us checked out. It was a great experience and thinking about switching to them full time.
Crabapple Knoll is fantastic! We ve taken all of our pets here and have had the best care for them while receiving frequent updates on how they re doing. Each of the doctors we ve worked with has been thorough and knowledgeable and we ve felt like they knew the best courses of action. Definitely make them your primary vet if you can!
Dr Joe is the best Vet that we have come across in our years of owning various pets. He is truly concerned about your pet, and not how they can "add services". He is extremely thorough & honest while providing all the options available. We will NOT take our Romeo anywhere else unless it is outside of Dr Joe's scope, then he even will give you the best referrals for any additional treatment needed. I came for an emergency visit over the weekend. It ended up being an extremely difficult day, but the vet was so kind and helpful. I really appreciated her compassion, which made the experience as good as it could have been.
I love Crabapple Knoll. My dog is very anxious (in fact, that's what this latest visit was for). Every step of the process was handled with kindness, patience, and care. The person on the phone was knowledgable and understanding. The front desk staff is always friendly and sweet. The tech and the vet were wonderful with my dog. They both got down on the floor with him and made him feel comfortable. They offered multiple solutions to try to find what will be the best path forward for my nervous boy. He's been going here since I adopted him almost two years ago and can't imagine going anywhere else.
My dog is my only child and I treat her like a little person. :) Crabapple Knoll is always very personable with me and my dog. The quality of care is excellent, scheduling is timely, and hours of operation are great! I know I can always count on Crabapple to take care of my dog and me. I refer them to all my friends in the area. I highly recommend Crabapple Knoll! I tried other veterinarians in the area, but they are the best.
I was in need of a new vet for my two16-year-old cats after my current vet closed. When one of my kitties showed signs of mouth pain I took her to Crabapple Knoll. Nothing was visible on exam but we scheduled a cleaning and X-rays. They were booked for nearly 3 weeks. She quit eating and was losing too much weight so they kindly scheduled surgery on Saturday which they normally don t do. Turns out one tooth was abscessed which was causing the pain. She did very well. But Sunday I had to take my other kitty in because I realized she had quit eating, drinking and very little litter box, apparently stressed from the problems with her sister. She received fluids, anti-nausea shot and appetite stimulant. A week later they both seem pretty much back to normal. I can t say enough good things about the excellent care and compassion Crabapple Knoll provided for them and for me, as I was a mess. Especially since we were new patients. Plus, their late hours and being available on the weekend is wonderful!
Having recently moved to the area we were very concerned we would find a caring and competent veterinary clinic. Through a recommendation we found Crabapple Knoll and have been more than happy with the detail and the care they have shown to our rescued Labrador. They do not rip you off with unnecessary charges, a first.
We have been taking our pets to Crabapple Knoll for 20+ years. They have never disappointed us. They are very responsive if you have a concern or question. When we had to put our older dog to sleep, they were very gentle with our pup, and with us. It s wonderful that they work so closely with the community in finding homes for stray animals. The staff houses, feeds and loves numerous animals until their forever families take them home. We have always felt certain that our pets would be treated with respect and kindness when they were at Crabapple Knoll!
