So disappointing, his team was late, when they finally did come they said no one answered the intercom and left without calling us to double check where we were, which was so unfortunate as there was someone waiting for them.
We had called Dennis 3 times prior to them arriving to check where the team was but Dennis didn t answer his phone.
When he finally responded 4hrs later he didn t respond well to me calmly communicating that it was poor costumer service. He raised his voice at me and was extremely rude and had no problem loosing me as a client he has worked with before.
So in a nutshell, they may be late, they may not, Dennis may be nice, he may not and he may treat you like a valued costumer or he may not.
You decided if you want to take the chance!
