If I compare to pantip plaza in BKK, I would say that seller may not try as hard to overprice because your not Asian but don't expect cheap price either.

The third floor and above are deserted, but it is like Alia Street in Hong Kong. Taiwan's 3C is basically sold online now, and Nova has withdrawn. I felt kind of meh about this place. I was expecting something similar to the golden plaza of Hong kong, but this place is less energetic. Most shops were focused on assembling computers, few were selling other gadgets or books. For the few that have what you may be looking for their prices aren't cheap, and they mostly do not accept credit cards for payment. It has many floors but not a lot of variety despite the huge amount of space. Also no free Wi-Fi provided so you need your own cellular data to do price research

Place used to be cool but nowadays many booth are closed. Prices are higher than you buy from amazon and they don't have the latest tech abd gadgets anymore. Better to go to regular 3C store.

If you are a nerd like myself this is THE place. There's lots of computer stores, game shops, shops that sell electronics (even mics and cameras), the Gundam base is also in this area
