Super cool giant mall of anything electronic -- video games, computer parts, phone repair, electronic engineering equipment, fully built PCs, networking gear, etc -- but dauntingly Chinese. Folks with rudimentary Chinese might want a guide with a better grasp on the language -- English is scarce and other languages nonexistent. Be on the lookout for prices, products sold at one store can be found for $200 NTD cheaper on another floor if you keep your eyes peeled.

Most places here are cash only, but ATMs are available on just about every floor

This place is a digital mecca in taipei, and has just about anything you need for electronics, there are only shops in the basement and they sell a myriad of stuff. In all honesty, most of these places charge super cheap for their service and goods, however i recommend at least checking with 2 to 3 shops before agreeing to a price
