The crowd is not as much as it used to be. Most of the small things sold here are from the mainland. There are no special products. You can go shopping and you can buy them.

I went here because the power adapter and supply cord for my Dell laptop had died. I was nervous about going because I don't speak any Chinese and shop owners out employees don't always take kindly to foreigners using a translator app. I showed the information desk on the first floor the item I wanted to replace and they told me I could find what I needed on the second or third floor. The space can be quite overwhelming or intimidating for someone who doesn't speak the language and is not technologically inclined. Initially I walked around both floors and did not find a specific booth that sold Dell products. So I showed a shop on the second floor the part I was looking to replace. They said they have what i was looking for. I waited about 10 minutes for them to go into their stock room and come back with what I needed. Indeed it was an exact match of what I was looking for. They were very friendly and provided great service. Before leaving the shop they took the power adapter out of the box, plugged it in, and tested it to make sure it fit my laptop and would charge. It worked and the price was $700NTD cheaper than I store I visited in New Taipei. I'm glad I went here.
