They won't send the invoice to you for payment. Seems kind of sketchy to me...

This company calls me every other day about 3 times a day. I answer and no one speaks. The only time someone was on the other end said that I had a bill in collections. When I asked who the bill was from I was placed on hold and no one ever came back. Hard to pay a bill when you don't know what/who/where to pay. . Interesting enough, I have not received a statement nor do I know where I owe this money to. Im reporting this to bbb and my credit agencies.

Trash company takes tries to get you to pay debt and if you don t mess up your credit .

Sounds like FRAUD - cannot get any info on the bill issued to my elderly mother. Cannot talk to anyone. Send me a detailed bill - hell, send me the actual company name that she owes! You can't even tell us who she owes.

These people call every other hour. I ve asked each person to send an invoice/statement so that I can pay and I get the same lie each time, we ve sent it . They give no details, only an amount. There is no such thing as customer service skills or even decent phone etiquette. No one should be harassed this way at all, let alone for $42. Why are there no notes in their system that tells each person there s already been a call to this person, do not call until she receives a statement!! All I ask for is a statement!! If I owe, let me see to whom and I ll pay it. It s not neurosurgery or rocket science!

I need help on getting this off of my credit report. Any suggestion?

I actually can't speak to how poor the service other than to say I can't get any. Calls and emails are going unreturned. Attempting to communicate with a company that is supposed to be fostering the relationships of their corporate clients in such a manner is a reflection on them but more importantly the client they claim to represent. That client is Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They will hear from me via the cancelation of our company account.

Worst!! I mean the worst! Company I have ever dealt with!! Don t talk to Joe! He is worthless!! I called an hour later and got in settled with someone else who still had an attitude for whatever reason! But Joe, is terrible!! I wish I got any other debt collector than these people!

Got a mail from them, saying that I have an insurance loss for $1600 and GEICO filed claim on me. But I ve never been in any accident. I have contacted GEICO and they said they have nothing on me and most probably it s a fraud. Be aware!

Awful, awful, awful. Have made 4 attempts in the last several weeks to clear a small collection payment. I have called during and after hours, leaving all contact information each time and nothing. Zero. Nada. Bad business, so unprofessional and unfair regarding affect on credit. This should not be allowed or permitted.
