I actually can't speak to how poor the service other than to say I can't get any. Calls and emails are going unreturned. Attempting to communicate with a company that is supposed to be fostering the relationships of their corporate clients in such a manner is a reflection on them but more importantly the client they claim to represent. That client is Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They will hear from me via the cancelation of our company account.
