These people call every other hour. I ve asked each person to send an invoice/statement so that I can pay and I get the same lie each time, we ve sent it . They give no details, only an amount. There is no such thing as customer service skills or even decent phone etiquette. No one should be harassed this way at all, let alone for $42. Why are there no notes in their system that tells each person there s already been a call to this person, do not call until she receives a statement!! All I ask for is a statement!! If I owe, let me see to whom and I ll pay it. It s not neurosurgery or rocket science!
