So this is the second claim that I have attempted to make. Now my truck needs new rear differential. The claim is in review and was told that this place won't cover the fluid being replaced. That is like having a cavity drilled and then not filled!!! So I have advised the dealership not to put fluid in the truck and I will drive the truck and have another claim. This company needs to be shut down for fraud also for bait and switch.

I'm still fighting a claim from October, I just get pushed around, they say they mail the check, but I never received it. Unreliable. Don't do business with them.
Had issue before my warrant had expired.... Had issue looked at twice... Could not duplicate... Now my car has same issue but does not start.... Past warranty FOR THE SAME ISSUE... And they won't cover it.. Not worth spending my hard earned money on!!!
I would give this company a 0/5 if I could. I had a mechanical claim in March. I was then charged in April for 4 days out of 7 for a rental vehicle that was "fully covered". I have fought tooth and nail to get my money back since then. It is now June 19th, and I just received my refund check which was not for the amount that I was charged. I then call the company for the 28th time since this money was drafted to ask why they saw fit to only return a parcial refund. I was told that they don't refund taxes. If I had gotten my refund back in a timely manner, if anyone that I spoke to the 28 times that I called had been apologetic, or if anyone at all during this 3 month process had explained that I wouldn't get the full amount back then I would be fine. As is, I am livid and dread using this warrenty in the future. I can say for sure that I will never purchase a warrenty through this company again.
STAY AWAY PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR I have been waiting for a month just to be told whether or not I am covered. I have no means to get to work other than uber and begging for rides. I did not get the basic coverage and if i would have just save that plus the money I spent on uber and Lyft I could've paid for the repairs myself. I explain my situation and it just goes in one ear and comes out the other. I could almost finish their sentences for them. Swear to God I wish I would've read these reviews first.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. As a military member away on training, dealing with this company has been extremely frustrating. I have been out of a vehicle for 3 weeks. I bought an exclusionary warranty for around $3000. This is supposed to cover any items that are not considered routine maintenance. My truck is having fuel pump issues. However, my claim has been sitting in under review status for almost 3 weeks. Every time I have called customer service they tell me oh, it usually doesn t take this long it should be approved within 24-hours from now. This still hasn t happened. After repeatedly being told contradicting information by customer service reps I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor. I was then told they do not have time to speak to customers. Don t bother with this. Judging by the other reviews posted it seems the business model is to take so long to approve a routine claim that the customer just gives up and pays for it themselves.
Terrible....claim was filed and dealer didnt repair part of the complaint, actually broke other things while fixing what did get fixed. As a result of repairs not being done, a major breakdown happens just after contract expired. Basically told I'm sol, couldn't even get transferred to a supervisor. A complaint was filed with this company about the dealer, since per the contract the bike was required to go to that dealer...
Basically what you might imagine. Represent themselves like a service company, yet don't offer any service at all. Long hold times, discounted service approvals. Paid roughly 50% of what normal service rates would be anywhere. They pay what they want, and they want to pay nothing. Scam. Reply: You can skip the business appropriate responses, they are BS. I spoke to a specialist initially, and they told me to get screwed, so don't act like this reply will provide anything different.
One of the best home warranties a home owner can have, they truly takes 100% care of their clients. For those who are giving the warranty group false bad reviews, you re totally wrong, I have been dealing with the warranty group for a while now and I ve never once noticed them treat a customer unfairly
If it s covered under the policy, the warranty group will fix it. My advice to the policy holders, is to read your coverage closely and understand what s covered and what s not covered, if you see something that is not covered, ask for that coverage and believe me, that warranty group will cover it.
Horrible company, get the run around everytime I call. TV went out three months ago. Was told a month ago the check was in the mail. 7-10 business days. Nope. Was told two weeks ago the check was in the mail. 7-10 business days. Nope. Still no check and the managers are always in a meeting.
This is the worst warranty service I have ever had. I will make sure I never buy another warranty from this company. I have been without a car for week, because they don t want to pay the price that the dealership gave them to fix my transmission. If they don t want to pay for it then they are in the wrong business. The customer service is trying to give me the run around about why it s taking so long. I m very dissatisfied with First Extended Service Corporation. They are nothing but a bunch of money hungry people. All they want is our money and they don t want to spend the money that we give them to fix our car. All I want is my car FIX that is all.
My husband and I purchased an extended warranty through First Extended Service on Feb 13, 2016 for our Harley Davidson motorcycle. Our bike broke down and I did not have the warranty with me so, I called customer service on February 7, 2019 and was told I was on a recorded line. I asked a series of questions to make sure we would be covered. I was told we could take our bike to the Pelham HD dealership to get fixed. My husband made arrangements and got the bike delivered on Feb 10, 2019. The dealership contacted our warranty company within a few days and given the go ahead to work on our bike.
On Feb 19, 2019, Harley Davidson of Montgomery, Al (the dealership we purchased our bike from) left us a message that they had the right to fix our bike and we needed to make arrangements to get our bike to them.
We contacted the warranty company and were told this was true. Now, Pelham has our bike broke down into pieces and we our them $1,000 + for what they ve already done on the bike. We have tried contacting First Extended Service numerous times and promised call backs from people that can help. No one has EVER called us back and no one is EVER available when we call. It is now Feb 25 and we tried yet again tonight and the girl said her supervisor would call us back!!! Right??!!! Funny, everyone we talked to before her has told us there are NO supervisors. While we sit and wait, my husband and I are carpooling to work. I must leave an hour early and get home an hour later. Our bike is also charging us more daily that we don t even know if our warranty we paid thousands of dollars for is going to cover it!!!!
Extremely frustrated!!! This company has extremely poor people skills and customer service for money they had no problem taking for a service that is not been rendered. Something that was assured to us when we bought the bike that any Harley Davidson dealership would honor.
bought a car a few months ago from the local Chrysler Dealer and the car was a used sports car , maybe 1,000 miles later the car through a ride out of no where . they said it was because I was driving the car fast and they won't honor the warranty because of that. I paid extra for the warranty that's the only reason I bought a used sports car off the lot but now I'm stuck with a car payment and insurance on a car that isn't running. they aren't even trying to work with me I'm going to keep calling so they can have the car back or fix it then I can sale it back to the dealer
I bought a car from Auto Mart in Las Vegas May 29th and they gave me this warranty company. it took 9 days to get authorization from them to fix a transmission in my car. And then they would only authorize a used transmission out of a junkyard. I paid 1500 for this warranty and I got terrible customer service, a different person every time I called along with AAMCO they were deceitful also. if you buy a used car do not buy their extended warranty this was only for the power train and it was 1500.
If there was negative stars I'd do that. My mechanic and me had nothing but problems dealing with this company for over 2 months now! When I buy something I expect to use it!
I purchased this extended warranty in 2012 on my new Kia Optima and was told it would cover "everything" for 10 years or 100,000 miles(excluding wear items). Well it don't....My drivers side electric mirror stopped working and I was told it's not covered. Because the agreement doesn't specifically say electric mirror it's not covered. The agreement says manually operated electric switches and also power window motors/regulators but because it doesn't say mirror motor, it's not covered. They sure didn't mind taking my money for this policy and telling us "everything" would be covered.
Whatever you do, don't purchase from these people because they do not stand by their warranty.....
Car has been in the shop since Monday it's Monday again won't approve me for a rental and I have coverage because the shop called and added more repairs and it's been in review since we'd worst company ever don't. Recommend this place no structure no one can tell u anything they get our money and cheat us out our service.im going to send these reviews to the news and proper person because this is ridiculious
