If I could give this company zero stars I would. As a military member away on training, dealing with this company has been extremely frustrating. I have been out of a vehicle for 3 weeks. I bought an exclusionary warranty for around $3000. This is supposed to cover any items that are not considered routine maintenance. My truck is having fuel pump issues. However, my claim has been sitting in under review status for almost 3 weeks. Every time I have called customer service they tell me oh, it usually doesn t take this long it should be approved within 24-hours from now. This still hasn t happened. After repeatedly being told contradicting information by customer service reps I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor. I was then told they do not have time to speak to customers. Don t bother with this. Judging by the other reviews posted it seems the business model is to take so long to approve a routine claim that the customer just gives up and pays for it themselves.
