Our experience with Karen, Bailey, and the entire hospice team at First Choice was incredible. The nurse and social worker came out the same day as the referral was sent. The First Choice team was sensitive to our family's needs, compassionate towards the situation, and gave the utmost quality patient care to my dear Aunt. Karen, RN, made sure our aunt was pain free and educated on her situation. Karen communicated well with our whole family and helped us know how we might be able to make things easier for our Aunt during a very difficult time. Their nursing staff is great and give great care to the patients, the Don's are great too

Just had an interview with Chris Carter and another female individual. They ended the interview, but not the phone and spoke so poorly about all their staff; for almost 45 minutes! I could hear how poorly they think of every nurse and individual that works for them! Learn to appreciate the staff of healthcare workers that work their buns off for your paychecks! That s all this company cares about. NOTHING about patient care!

I am the Marketing Director for Covington Senior Living and I have loved working with this company!! Aliesha, one of their nurses, is amazing!!! The care and concern she provides her patients here is unstoppable!! We are so lucky to have her in our building! Their aids are all friendly and good at what they do!! Overall great to work with!!

We as a family were so impressed with Monique our Mothers hospice nurse. She became part of the family. The care and concern went above and beyond what her job entails. You could see that she deeply cared for our Mother and us as a family. She made this unpleasant time bearable and most importantly our Mother was loved and cared for as she left us. Melissa was great as well and took great care of our Mother's needs. What a great team. I would MOST definitely recommend First Choice to anyone.

First Choice was not able to help me simply because I needed around the clock care after a surgery, and they do not have that ability. However, I was so impressed with Chris who I spoke to. She took the time to go over some options with her company, and she went as far as sending me a follow up email wishing me luck on my surgery, and giving the information for several other companies who could do around the clock care as I will be needing. If me brief experience with them is any indication of the type of company they are, I would suggest them to others. Thank you again Chris for your help. Your a great ambassador for the company.

My wife has worked here for several years now and they have treated her wonderfully! I've been impressed with the character of others I have met from FCHHH. I believe they provide an important service to individuals and their families. Their genuine concern and compassion for people shows through in the care and service they provide.

Very Happy with First Choice. Used them for in-home physical therapy right after my hip surgery. Josh was excellent, knowledgable, considerate, on time, and pleasant to work with. Good company.
