First Choice Home Health and Hospice has provided Hospice and Home Health Care along the Wasatch Front in Utah to the elderly and those in need for over 15 years. Our nurses, physical therapists, lymphedema specialists, wound care specialists, hospice staff, nursing aides and homemakers provide interim home health, palliative care and hospice care to those needing home care in their home.
