My husband and I spent a stupid amount of money to watch the orchestra play throughout Star Wars- The Empire Strikes Back in metal, fold-out chairs. It was beyond uncomfortable and we couldn't even see the orchestra. I loved Star Wars and the orchestra, but despised the seating. It was not worth the price.

Came out for a fun symphony of Star Wars music performed by the Colorado Symphony Orchestra. The music amazing, the orchestra fantastic and wonderful. The building however....how nasty. If you are over 6 foot tall your knees will be squished quite harshly into the row of seats in front of you. I paid quite a bit for my ticket, so I hope the orchestra got most of it, but I doubt it. Bathrooms were ok but not kept up. Unless this is the only place to see your show go elsewhere.

The place is nice but the seats are kinda uncomfortable if you're on the taller side. Your knees will constantly be digging into the cup holders and you better hope you're not sitting for a while. If you're on the shorter side though you shouldn't have issues here. That's really my only complaint

Went for a show recently and it took over an hour to park because of the way they re-routed traffic even 90 minutes after door opened. There was a giant line outside the venue and it took another 20 minutes to get in, beer lines took just as long. Overall not the best experience for a concert if you can see the band that you want to see elsewhere!

The only positive thing I'd say about this venue is that it has good sound quality. The staff here is the biggest issue, as they do not care at all if you are happy or not. I even spoke to a manager and she spent more time actively trying to ignore me than address my concerns. Floor seats are never worth the money. They use cheap folding chairs and cram them so close together it is uncomfortable to sit, and everyone in a row has to stand and move to let someone out. Between the crammed seats, underpaid staff, and typical over priced food and drink, it is clear that 1st Bank Center values greed over customer service.

Another one of my favorite venues here in Colorado. Especially, because this one is so close to my house it's like a 5 minute drive down the road which is perfect for when the show gets out, I never have to deal with the traffic of getting home. I also really like how the 1st bank has an art gallery inside along the main halls, it gives it this local touch that is nice and unique to see. I also quite like the bowl layout along with the second floor suites, they are definitely worth it to get one. It's also always nice that they offer free parking in their garages, which usually never get full completely so it's nice not having to worry about paying to park, and walking far, or worrying about not finding a spot. It's also located right next to the Rtd bus station so it's pretty convienent if you want to take a bus to and from.

Small venue, not a bad seat in the house. Ice watched concerts and fights there. Beers and food are really pricey. $9 for a regular beer and $9.75 for al large beer. I would recommend you eat before you get there.

I do not understand this venue. My wife and I have been to multiple shows there now to see music from a variety of genres. At all the shows, whether it is rock or dance or hip hop, the crowd is extremely homogenous and seems to include an unusual number of families. I don't know if it's Broomfield or what but not only are there no people of color, but 80% of the crowd is too young to drink. I don't want to feel like I'm at a parade in Walt Disney world when I'm trying to have a beer and watch Dashboard Confessional. Except no one is excited like a parade, like I've never seen so many people sit so still while an artist performs. Staff there also not very helpful. Place is clean, sound is ok, but only go there for a musical act if you want to sit next to someone's mom who won't even sway to a single song while staying sober the whole time.

Weirdly located in the middle of nowhere surrounded by apartments and pretty much nothing else (save 2 restaurants and a bar), 1st Bank Center is a very strange venue. Inside is like a gymnasium, but it has decent acoustics and lighting. Before your concert, make sure to park very early on the streets or take a Lyft, as leaving the venue post-event is an absolute nightmare and takes forever.

We had such a great time at the Circus this year. We love the new location at the 1st Bank Center. We received great tickets that included parking so we were able to get in and out of the facility very easily. We were also sharing box seats, which gave us Club Level access, which was great for keeping the kid corralled!

Horrible venue! Very unorganized. Parking was insufficient and seating was so tight it made you feel like a sardine in an over packed can! Thank goodness the show was a good one or the whole night would have been a loss!

Concert was great but all of the ancillary functions were handled terribly. I don't think I've ever been to a large venue less equipped to handle large crowds. Parking was a mess and had us winding slowly through a residential area and the garage we finally got to was almost full, a solid fifty five minutes before the main act. Parking getting out was somehow worse. We have been sitting frozen on the top level of the garage in a traffic jam for over 30 min. The experience getting into the venue also seemed disorganized. These experiences alone make me never want to attend something at this venue again.

Never going to an event here again! Absolutely terrible experience getting inside. Got there with plenty of time to spare, joined one of the two massive lines heading in to see the show, got to the front and was told my on-call tickets had to be picked up at the other end of the building. Went back, joined the other (even LONGER) line, got to the front and was told I was directed to the wrong place. Had to leave the line, go outside and pick up my tickets and then could not rejoin the line despite having waited through two already. Thankfully a very nice couple allowed us to join them in line so we wouldn't have to go through it a third time! Thankfully, despite the fact that the show was slated for 8pm and we finally got in at 8:15, we were actually early and the show did not start for a while due to approx. 50% of the audience still lined up and coming in the doors.

The whole situation wouldn't have been so bad if there had been at least some signage or event organizers informing people where you go to pick up on-call tickets or what the multiple lines were for, or if the website had stated this info, or even if any of the THREE emails I got from them had any info on that! Anything would have been better than having to go through an entire line only to be directed away once you reached the front. Not to mention some info on the cluster f**k parking situation would also have been nice. After all of that stress, at least the show was a lot of fun, but if I can help it I will never come back to this venue!

This place really needs to work on their acoustics. Overall, there's plenty of decent events at the venue. Seating is good and there's no position where visibility is an issue. Sound however, gets really drowned out.

I believe there is a LOT of miscommunication in this venue. My friend went to grab water and we had bracelets for floor access. My friend was unable to get back in because he was told his wristband was not put on correctly even though we gained our access from the exact same entrance. Instead of being calm and collective she ripped the wristband off and gave no explanations. I tried to talk to her but she told me to get the **** out and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was having such a good time this evening but this absolutely killed it. You lost my business.

Arena seats 6,500. There is very little leg room, it's real tight but it's steep enough that you can see over the heads in front of you. Parking is usual free, and the garage unloads pretty quickly.

$4 for 6 oz of coffee, at an event paid for by the parents watching the event. It is a nice venue but if people pay to get in, to park, and $9 for a coffee and water, you d think that they would have enough staff to get people inside. As it was, 1 hour in line in the freezing cold, line wasn t that long, just no staff to get people in.

All in all, because of inflated pricing, paid $45 for coffee, a water, an hour wait in the cold and a parking spot 1/2 mile from the venue.

You don t get what you pay for!!!

One of the best indoor venues to see a concert that I've ever been to in the United States. The size of the venue, the parking, the entrance and exits were all very easy to navigate to inside and out. The staff was attentive the vendors were well equipped and stocked throughout the entire venue, the bathroom lines were quick and bathrooms were easy to find and clean.

Saw a Bassnectar concert here and the sound and Acoustics inside the venue were absolutely top-notch. Beautiful location in Broomfield Colorado. Easily one of my favorite places to watch and large-scale concert indoors, especially a Bassnectar show.

Absolutely and completely recommend for any music show, the floor space was vast and open and the sound booth was conveniently placed at the back of the Arena as to not impede vision of the stage. The upper levels were small enough where you always felt close to the action but large enough to fit a high capacity of people.

My party arrived 25 minutes before a comedy show we were seeing here. We ended up missing the first 35 minutes of the show because the line to get in the building was 3 full blocks long. It was taking soo long to get the audience in the door that they eventually stopped using the metal detectors which sped up the process but it was far too late and defeated the purpose of having the detectors in the first place. They need to figure out a much better process to get people in the door as most people can't and will not arrive an hour before an event to wait in line to get in the venue.
