The facility is beautiful and the staff is so attentive. My nephew had a great time exploring with paint for the first time, he loved making music on the congas and shaking all the sensory bottles.
First 5 Fresno County is a terrible place to work. Ask anyone and you'll hear about the high turnover and toxic work environment. They've been investigated for mistreating staff and misusing public funds for the past few years.
Impossible to get ahold of anyone over the phone that could provide information regarding services available through First 5. Automated system is not clear or user friendly
Love this building! It has everything you need to hold group sessions or classes. Great space for adults and plenty of activities for children.
There are a few different organizations in this building. First 5 Fresno runs the facility and the Community Learning Center. The building was supposed to be a community space and help smaller organizations connect and grow. The "services" offered to nonprofits are non-existent and the so is their "network." It's basically Fresno County Superintendent of School's building. It's very disappointing to see what happened here.
