I had no problems until recently. I made an appt. so I could be seen on time, but had to wait because it took them longer on someone else's car. Once I got in they had to work on the powering steering completed it, but messed up my air bag by breaking clips on it causing it to have a warning light. They went on to brake pieces of my steering wheel column because it was installed wrong. Andrew one of the leads or supervisors told me to take it to Vandevere and he would reimburse me for the damage. The way the reimbursed me was by putting the money back on my in store credit card with them. I still owe Vandevere for what they did. I am totally disappointed with their care. They shouldn't be allowed to call it complete care because it is not, that title is misleading and wrong

Continuously awful customer service. Each time I decide to give them a shot at my business, they remind me why I had been avoiding them. Past experiences with incompetent Firestone technicians don t compare to the poor customer service I experienced today, and to top it all off, the service manager, who caused the issue, refused to even come talk to me. They also refused to provide me any contact information for Firestone corporate.

I hit a nail with my full size trailer tire in akron. I was far from home so I went to firestone to get a quick patch. They informed me that I needed to take off the tire and give it to them to fix. I told them I have no tools and I need just a wrench and lift to get the tire off. They refused to let me use any tools. So here I am, no tools and no way to give them my tire. How dose a complete auto and tire repair shop have no way to help a simple patch job. I understand rules, but why should you leave someone stranded.

The hours posted for this location are unclear. They seem to open and close on Sundays at will, depending on if they have a technician who is willing to show up to work on that day.

This location has gotten worse and worse recently. I don't ever see familiar faces - the employee turnover must be high. They always seem busy and stressed out, like they over book appointments or are understaffed. The last few times I took my car here for something simple, like an oil change and tire rotation, something wasn't done when I got there to pick it up, even though they claimed it had been done. Tires not rotated, tires not inflated, fluids not checked and topped off, alignment not done; there's ample other evidence of employees rushing like fluid spills, missing parts, etc.

Their paid for (not free) vehicle inspections failed to pick up things my mechanic noticed later that week, like bad wheel bearings, bad suspension parts, and other safety items that Firestone would have noticed had they bothered to look at all (meaning they charged me for this inspection but did not perform it, or did so very quickly and poorly).

Recently, I had a 10am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation (this should take... maybe an hour or two tops?); they called me to tell me the vehicle was ready for pickup at 3pm (5 hours later), only to call me back later in the day and tell me it wouldn't be ready until the next day, maybe, at the earliest, if they can get a tech to show up on a Sunday. If it's not done, I won't have a way to get to work.

I have checked my dash-cam several times after the car came back from this location, and noticed the employees racing it at high speeds on the property behind the building more than once. I understand that's where they do test drives, but taking the car to 6,000RPM in first and second gear shouldn't be part of a test drive after simply rotating tires.

Prices are higher than an Infiniti dealership with similar warranties and worse quality parts and labor. $80 fee to look at any problem. I've been quoted outrageous amounts for brake jobs, like $1,500, by Firestone, then had a neighboring shop perform the same work for a fraction of the cost, multiple times.

I would love to use this location for my regular mechanic work, and not just oil changes and tire rotations, but they don't inspire confidence in their work or attempt to build lasting relationships with customers, from my point of view.

I continue to go here only for the lifetime alignments / rotations I purchased, and cheap oil changes.
