Extremely friendly and helpful. Exceeded my expectations on service.

It started out to get an oil change,tire rotation and a front end aliment I left my truck at store. Then I got a phone call my keys were lost sounds bad write. No they bent over back words to make it wright and they did long store short found my key and way out of there way to make it a good experience and they did. I have been a costumer for years an will be for a long time.

This place is great. Always honest service and a fair price. Clean and friendly

Told me I needed a battery-spent $170 on new battery-actually needed a new alternator. took it to Goodyear and had a new alternator installed... I will never trust Firestone with a vehicle again.

They will say anything to get out of a tire warranty!! Stay away!!

Tyler is the go to guy. He's professional, honest, and patient. I had my car here during the tire sale. Instead, of the mechanic relearning my tires after the new ones were installed, the sales representative recommended charging me a 42$ fee for something that should already be included. Due to the busy time frame I was advised to come back the next day to relearn my tires, which took less then 5 minutes. Being honest goes a long way.
The next day Tyler was the only person working the front desk, answering phone calls, and attending to customers. There were 7 of us waiting being the store to opened. He checked everyone in, in a timely manner. His patience is extraordinary. Great guy!

i keep calling Firestone to schedule an appointment, an no one answers the phone, its been like 3 days, what is going on?

Have been going to this outlet for over 25 years and I can state without any reservation that the service is very professional and the front desk staff very welcoming. The Master Mechanic Ron is my go to mechanic and over the years I have come to recognize Ron as the most competent, caring, and honest mechanic around.

I would like to give 5star to company but the employee at this store name Anthony he do not have costumer service dealing he is just Wired guy, he should be replace.
