The best thin crust pizza, fresh ingredients and creative pizzas. My favorites are the Big Mac, pear & pig, hot salami, baked potato and so many more - hard to choose. They even have spaghetti and meatball! I highly recommend for any type of party or event!

Amazing pizza truck!! The truck comes to your house prior to your event to start cooking early so when you re ready for your guests to start eating there are plenty of hot pizzas to start with. They continue to cook for two hours and there is always plenty of pizza. They also do salad and cannolis in their package. We liked how they cut small pieces so you could potentially try each type they make. This truck has one of the most creative pizza topping menus I ve seen in the area. We love DaLegna pizza in New Haven for their unique menu and therefore this truck caught our eye for its even more amazing menu!! This truck more than exceeded our expectations. Guests kept coming back from the truck raving about the pizzas that just came out of the oven. The excitement our guests had with the truck made it totally worth it!! The guys that work the truck were so friendly and interacted in a fun way with our guests. We hired them for a COVID friendly, backyard rehearsal dinner and would hire them without hesitation again for our future events. Additionally they leave you with several pizzas at the end of the night for when guests maybe get a later night second wind to eat again. Highly recommend!!!
Jim is the most punctual, respectful, and efficient pizza truck owner. The pizza was perfect to the crisp, and the assortment was delightful. I highly recommend the Fire Pizza Company for any event in which a pizza truck is needed! Their quality is unmatched!
