I had taken my engagement/wedding ring to Finesse a while ago to have it sized. It's an antique, 1920's era, art deco ring. The structure is very intricate and delicate. I brought it back recently because the dainty little band had broken and it needed to be re-sized. The service I recieved on both visits was just wonderful. My ring was greatly admired and cared for. Mr. Ortega and his staff take great pride in their work and work hard to please and impress their customers. I've come away with tears in my eyes after both visits, just in awe of how beautifully my ring cleans up. It's like a brand new piece of jewelry.

The owner is very, very rude. Unless you are spending thousands, you are virtually ignored in his store. When I came in years ago, and spent big money, he gave great service. Try coming back for a simple repair and you are treated like dirt. He needs to remember to treat all customers with respect. Even though I was in for a minor repair, I had planned to come back to have some custom jewelry made. No thank you. I will take my money elsewhere.
