Doctor Durkin is very good but receptionist is very unhelpful so much that when you return the doctors call with results she will refuse to let you talk to the doctor. Such a shame it used to be a five star plus practice.

Very rude receptionist, snapped "yea, alright" and hung up after telling me I need to contact my gp for a covid refferal.

They are so thorough with everything, happy to answer all questions and explain everything in terms that I can understand, which is particularly helpful after a hospital visit when your head is full of information to process! Would recommend to anyone
One of the receptionists is very rude and has no respect to customer. A couple of times during the middle of conversation, she just hang up and won't give any chance for customer to talk. I was very shocked of having such a bad manner staff in this practice. Everytime when I rang the clinic, I was hoping not her to pick up the phone. Definitely not recommend to anyone.
I have not been in over a year but recently attended and i have to say the receptionist is extremely dismissive and Rude, i work within the healthcare Industry and was very disappointed, on initial phone call to book an appointment and to a recent one i made the receptionist was very Rude, really lets down the practice in my opinion as the doctors are very good.
Just to further update this review, i had to ring again recently and the Receptionist has shocked me with her behavior towards me. i am actually now considering changing doctor as i honestly cannot believe how they can allow a receptionist to speak to people in that manor and as a result feel that the service is so unhelpful for important matters having to deal with that attitude.
