The owner is very, very rude. Unless you are spending thousands, you are virtually ignored in his store. When I came in years ago, and spent big money, he gave great service. Try coming back for a simple repair and you are treated like dirt. He needs to remember to treat all customers with respect. Even though I was in for a minor repair, I had planned to come back to have some custom jewelry made. No thank you. I will take my money elsewhere.
