I have been doing business with them for four years and have been very happy with the staff and the way they treat me and accommodate my needs.
This company is working on my apartment complex. They aren't wearing masks until you force them. I left as they were replacing my windows. When I came back I saw several workers who had on masks when I left were wearing them around their chin in my apartment. A supervisor wearing a company jacket was roving the grounds without a mask coming within 3 feet to talk to workers. They started the day not wearing a mask standing bunched together. Window sill is beat up with huge bits of paint missing. Wouldn't use them till there is a vaccine
They are in my complex right now. I had a sliding door installed. They had to force the frame into the jam. It is bowed at the top. They then used a crowbar to force the sliding door in the frame. The opening is too short and pins my already broken screen door and doesn t allow the regular door to open without scraping.
I was told by 3 different people that it was my problem and the problem of the complex now. They even had guts enough to ask me if I kicked the door. Said it was a standard question. I have never been treated like that. I now have a broken screen door with duck tape holding it together and a door that you have to be the Hulk to close. The screen door is open and unusable.
This is a poor representation of any company. My old door worked at least.
