Lake Street Family Physicians Review

I am a patient of Dr. Manus. She is great and very patient. I like her ability to really listen to her patients.

Absolutely the most efficient practice I have ever been to. Everyone on staff is extremely nice and I didn't wait more than 3 minutes for anyone from the doctor to the lab tech doing my blood work. I saw Dr. Lee who could not have been nicer or more thorough. Easily the best experience I could have asked for and they are very close to home for me. I highly recommend this practice and am glad to have found such a great doctor 5 minutes away!

Dr. Lee is amazing. She is a great listener and very compassionate. I always appreciate her thoughtfulness and consideration.

I have been here a couple times and always schedule with Dr.Lee. She's been Amazing! She's Very patient, understanding, and kind! So, my experience with her has been beyond fantastic. I recently called to speak with her about a health issue and the desk clerk noted a message for her on my behalf. I was told no time or even day when I would be called back, nor was given a chance to confirm the message..
I called back just to verify certain important points and got an immediate attitude from the desk person. Then she very rudely raised her voice to ask for my name. Finally, although she was really rude with me I said "thank you so much" and was hung up on right after. Not even an "okay" or "bye" from the clerk.. I'm honestly very upset over how I was spoken to today. I only called back because I was carelessly engaged and brushed off when I called the first time.
In conclusion, Dr. Lee is definitely an amazing and very friendly doctor. My experience with her has been great, but my experience with the staff (specifically the desk clerk I spoke with) is very far from perfect. I would love to speak with someone about this experience. All my other experiences here have been great, but after today I feel like I would dread ever having to call again or even come in.

I've been coming here since I was a kid but lately the customer service and front desk staff are very rude. They can use some training on how to speak to patients. I haven't been able to be seen by a doctor even though I have a chronic disease. I have to keep going to the er do to the receptionist telling me I can't come in to me evaluated.

Been coming here for a few years and love this practice. Efficient and friendly, my provider Dr Chan is wonderful. Always listens and isn't quick to prescribe medication which I love!

I would love to make this clinic my primary physician office but unfortunately Dr. Sassetti is not taking any new patients.
Will continue my search.

I love this place mainly because of my Primary care physician, Dr. Sassetti.
