BUYER'S BEWARE!! Do not purchase from this dealer. Everyone , from management to sales to finance are dishonest. They originally stated they were giving me one price for my trade, once I get there they wouldn't honor price promised. They will lowball you on your trade and charge TOP DOLLAR for their vehicles which aren't worth the price. Eddie, the salesman(wear glasses, sit right outside managers glass office) promised several things including getting the truck aligned and repairing the window tint that was severely scratched. None of this true!! I regret dealing with this STEALERSHIP. I should've bought the Dually truck at the other dealer as suggested.

I called with a pre approval from another company but they said they didn't work with that bank. I talked to eddie and he promised me that he would get me the same exact deal and he delivered! I drove away with a 2015 malibu with zero down! I 100% recommend eddie to anybody!

Worked with Eddie and he helped us get a great car after a break failure totaled the previous car. The price started at a rock bottom price and the only negotiation was on an extended warranty and the loan.

CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TURNED ON 5 days after buying a $50,000+ cadillac escalade. Fuel injectors need to be replaced. Eddie, the manager Mr.Mendez and the auto service team got my car in service the same day. Within a few days my car was ready.

The pick up from The Door Clearance company needs SERIOUS organization. There should be a chained off area for one perhaps two trucks to pick up their doors.

I am very dissapointed with this dealership. I got a Mercedes Benz S550 in September of 2018, the car had a cracked windshield and the salesman told me as a courtesy that he would replace it. I was told to take the car from the lot and to come back in a few weeks because they had to order the glass. Weeks past and when I would call, the office and salesman said the glass was not there yet. I even drove to the dealership and spoke to them in person and the people were clueless as to what I was talking about. As of now march 2019 I have NOT received my windshield replacement I was promised. I went today and the guy that told me about my replacement no longer works there, and the manager said because the guy no longer works there, theres nothing they can do. I am upset and mad because I was told one thing and they didn't keep their word. I really think I deserve the glass even if that guy no longer works there. I am expecting a call from someone to have this problem fixed as soon as possible. Thank You.

We originally tried the purchase a truck from the Finchers auto group in Tomball but they would not work with us. I showed up there and looked at a Ford F250 and asked Marc the salesman if he was willing to work with us on final pricing if we happened to be a little upside down on our trade in. He did not even give us the time of day and it was an absolute no! So we left wondering how they ever sell cars there. We drove to the other Finchers location in 45 South and they treated us like royalty there. And they worked with us and gave us more on our trade in as well as new all terrain tires on our F150 4x4 we purchased. We really appreciate Luis the Manager and Enrique the our sales man. Michael in finance was awesome and actually got is financed better than with our normal financial institution. Please do yourself a favor and come see these guys here. They will do whatever it takes to get you into the vehicle you want.

Literally at the bank signing paperwork for a new truck and the salesman calls and tells me the truck was sold. Left work early for the bank and paperwork and it s gone. Horrible customer service

This was hands down the best car purchase experience I've had. Eddie was friendly on the phone but I'm always skeptical of doing a distance transaction (I live in Austin). He got me financing, gave me a good deal on my trade in, changed the tires on the car (one was was punctured and one had a plug), took a test drive with me, had the car ready for me, and had a seamless financing process set up for me. This dealership is worth the drive from another city. Their prices are low because their real estate is off the highway outside of downtown Houston, so their overhead is low and they are very efficient, so do not be skeptical of the price (I was). I'll be referring Eddie to all my friends and will call him next time I need a car.

Had a very bad experience here, I felt like I was not being treated fairly, they wouldn't deal with me so I just took my services to the OTHER location in Tomball, witch ended up working with me and even gave me more money for my trade in than the people at the Houston location. Hell I didn't even know about the end of the year blowout sale the company had untill I got to the Tomball location. So all in all you should really take your services elsewhere and stay farrrr away from these people.

Called and spoke with a salesman today and ask about the availability of a vehicle. Salesman said it was at their other lot and asked if he would call me back once he check on it. When he called me back, he stated it was and he would go pick it up. I needed to give him an hour and fifteen minutes and it would be on his lot. An hour goes by and I called to confirm the address and he did confirm by text. After driving approximately 50 minutes I arrive and he tells me that the truck is currently still at the other lot and that someone over at the other lot said someone else is currently looking at it. I just ask for a little courtesy and let me know before I drove out there that the truck was in fact not available! I read the reviews online and they seem to provide good customer service. I guess everyone misses one once in a while. They do have a nice selection of trucks.

Mechanics at this dealership are terrible took my vehicle to get repaired and they did a terrible job. Actually made it worst than what it was...

This dealership is unprofessional and the sales staff are lacking the product knowledge of their minimal inventory. I brought a Cadillac Escalade from them but prior to they took my $2k and asked me to give them 2 days to get a finalized approval from the bank. Which ended up becoming a week! Then after taking delivery I noticed the truck didn't ride the same as when test drove the suspension is shot and they have illustrated total disregard for my needs, not to mention the salesperson Maria wouldn't take my calls and the so called finance manager who I dealt with conveniently doesn't work there anymore! Please be careful when buying a preowned vehicle, BUT DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! GO ELSEWHERE ARE JUST UBER . THAT FINCHER LOT ON NORTH FRWY IS TRASH!!!

They were very friendly on the phone. Would not provide my banker with a white slip which is just a receipt for transferring ownership and listing the bank as lien holder. They gave me and my banker different stories as to why. Told me I couldn t have gotten the rate I told them my bank offered me (even though I had already signed the paperwork on the loan). I finally left when they couldn t explain why they don t use a process that s required by most banks for financing.

Last week after my car died I called Tommy in desperation looking for a car. When I spoke with him he said I would NOT need a down payment . Well today he tells me that I would need a payment thousand down on a used car . I well not recommend this company to anyone the build your hopes and then shut them down . They are known as land sharks . It's really said people can't keep their word and only see $$$signs . So disappointed ... The fact that I needed this car to get my 79 year old uncle to his doc appointments .. I feel I was lied to just so they could run my credit ... Very unhappy customer

I was looking for a specific car, color, and options. Found what I was looking for at a very good price at Finchers. My salesman was Emmanuel, when I called about the Challenger he told me he had a deposit on it while the guy was getting financing, but would let me know if it fell through. The next day, since I live in CA and could not physically come and see the car, he sent me a walk around video of the car and one of it running. He said the other guy was a flake and it fell through, since I was already approved for financing from my bank, I sent a friend who lives in Houston to test drive it. He called and said everything was good. So the sale went through, and Jerry in financing said there were 3 things that needed to be fixed and he would get them done at no extra charge so the car would be perfect for me. They were done and even videoed the car being loaded for transport to CA for me so I would see if the carrier scratched it loading. Then when I received my car I noticed the wheel lock key was missing and one of the things they fixed was the e-brake, the lock was accidentally left out of the car. When I called they got right on it and sent me the the key, received it yesterday.
These people were very professional and helpful even LONG distance! Which they could have easily said you bought a used car online, but they didnt.

BEWARE!!! NOT THE SAME QUALITY STANDARD AS THE FATHER WHO STARTED THIS COMPANY

Don t buy nothing from these people they will rip you off from the get-go. All they care about is getting the money, once they get your money they don t cover or fix anything. Purchased a 2016 Chevy suburban Lt with 60,000 miles on it condensing unit had a leak they would not fix, and had no spare on the car.
General manager said that they were not the same company but one question him about if the owner is still above the lot in the building he said well yes sir he still part owner.

Called at 430 to get drive out price on truck. No call back. Called at 700 for drive out price on truck. Was told been busy will run info by manager call right back. It's 900 their closed and No call back

You know that old saying, "you get what you pay for", It applies here..I spent a lot of money on a truck this place had for sale (42k), that was still priced so well, I couldn't pass up on the offer. I worked with Maria, although very friendly and sweet, she failed to mention the massive dent on the truck, or the bad water pump, and that someone "there" had put in the wrong coolant (she couldn't have known that), which Ford thinks may have caused the bad water pump (and will not warranty it), and last but not least, the alignment was completely out of wack. I have purchased boats, cars, and trucks in Texas site unseen before so Im used to dealing with really good Texas people who have integrity, and are more than happy to document everything (good or bad) gladly before it ships... So when the truck got here and the driver who hauled it showed me the massive amount of coolant that had leaked on the car below it, I knew immediately that this wasn't something that had just happened, it was obviously leaking on their lot. So I get in the truck, the check engine light is on, and this thing is pulling so hard right it was almost impossible to drive. When I got home I checked the body out and found a dent the size of a baseball on the right rear of the truck, I asked Maria (via text, because she doesn't answer the phone after she sells you a car, but she does when your trying to buy one) if it had been there when it left, she said no, and that it was the shipping company who dented the truck... I went through all of the pictures that she sent me prior, and I couldn't see it either....Until, I watched the video she had sent of them loading up the truck from their dealership, and yes it was there before it left, and Maria either has no integrity, or failed to do her job, I am still unaware of which one to choose as she still hasn't called me back... Longer story short, I spent 42k on a truck that was broken, dented, obviously in some sort of accident and not maintained properly, after I got that truck Im now going to have to spend an additional 1800 to get it fixed.. I was promised a call from the owner (again via text, she doesn't answer the phone after she gets your $$$$) and that never came... Now you, the reader may think, "thats what he gets for buying a truck site unseen" where as I own a business, that takes care of my customers by any means necessary (Integrity), and would expect the same from any business I do business with. So, "You get what you pay for".. Although a good deal, I would have much rather spent twice as much with someone else, who made me feel like I was being taken care of, not taken advantage of.... These people have had an ample amount of time to respond, they have chosen not to and thats why I hope I may save someone else the headache that I've currently got... Nothing like spending 42k on a truck that you cant drive!

I have to begin by saying that the team I dealt with was amazing! Emilio can come off a bit abrasive but he helped me through the car buying process better than anyone has! He is a quality manager and I was lucky to deal with him. Sarah Graves was amazing getting me started both online and over the phone. Once I met her in person she flashed a great smile that made the room light up! Super friendly! Leo sold me my car and is one of the nicest guys I have dealt with! Moving over to the service department I met two new friends and a new place to have my car serviced. John the mechanic is genuine, honest, and explains everything very well. Jasmine the service manager could have left me hanging on a couple of things but went way beyond her job description to make sure I was happy! Jasmine gave the best customer service that I have EVER received from any company or industry. Finally, the owner personally handled any questions and concerns I had and made sure I got what I wanted. he did this because customers actually mean something to him. Went to browse their inventory and I have to say they have really nice cars with really high miles for their year model and really high prices. I would recommend to shop else where first before coming here. Come here as your last option.

(BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!) They have really nice cars and will do what ever they can to get you approved. I bought a 2011 grand cherokee.. 2 weeks in it broke down(drive shaft and rear end went out)...I asked if they could help with the tow truck expenses because being that I had just bought the vehicle they should help me out..they refused..about 2 weeks later it wouldn't turn on because of a fuel relay(a recall jeeps have)....again refused to help with tow expenses...NOW MY AC IS OUT! I bought the truck because I didn't want to keep having trouble with my old vehicle but I'm having more problems with this one.....AGAIN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!...I forgot to mention after the 2nd time it broke down I asked if I could just change vehicles because it just wasn't a good experience....I got the car for 27k after my down and intrested I owed about 21,700....they said they could give me 20k (IM 1700 UPSIDE DOWN)to finish paying my jeep off and I might need to put another down for another vehicle...I WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE....AGAIN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
