We have been in practice for over 20 years. We have worked with several FMO's. FIG simply brings more to the table in regards to resources and personal attention to their advisors and respected firms. We moved away from the large FMO's corporate structure as many of these firms are today. Not so with FIG, they bring a warm sort of southern hospitality to the teams they work with. This would be a fantastic firm if they did not have such arrogant staff members. Particularly a gentlemen KH who is a VP.
Not responsible; waited for over week to reset password. My study sessions was 20 minutes 2 times in regards how to register to sign up in regards to availability of products. Have most horrible experience. My rep was disrespectful person. Company has contact with over 50 companies, but has not developed effective system to train new agents with the most essential staff
