Just recently worked with Financial Dimensions, Inc. and they were able to help support an expedited closing that from start to finish only took me around 30 days to complete. They were very responsive to emails and and questions that I had and worked very well with my mortgage company to make sure everything was in place for me to close on my scheduled closing date. Highly recommend them to anyone trying to close in a timely manner.

This company is a joke. Was going through a bank to get a loan and they made us use this comany. Irv their real estate appraiser came out to appraise our rental houses. Not knowing the area or being from the other side of the city, his appraisals were a joke. Him and the bank must have some sort of agreement together to keep the values low. Two of the three appraisals he valued at half of what they are worth. We hired another appraisal company to come look and actually gave us real values doubling his. His compariable homes were chosen poorly. He chose from different boroughs and school districts that were less desirable when there were plenty to chose from in the same one our rentals are located. We questioned him and found errors in his reports and he wouldn t change a thing. Nor would the office return our calls. Would highly recommend staying away from them for appraisals. Obviously don t know what their doing.
Had a closing today with Rege Krol, and everything went smoothly and professionally., I have already recommended them to a friend. Everyone was friendly, knowlegable, and very helpful. We closed within 30 days.
we were forced to use this company through our bank for an appraisal on our house for a refinance. Horrible. The appraiser comped houses in the neighborhood that didn't compare at all to our house and gave us a very low appraisal. In looking on line, our house should have appraised much higher. Not impressed with the appraiser at all. We are currently looking for another lender do we can get away from these people. $495 for absolutely nothing.
Although I did not pick Financial Dimensions for the sale of my house, I would absolutely pick them in the future. The people were so friendly and explained everything I needed to know about the paperwork process. They helped me tie up loose ends through the closing, and even stayed in touch after the closing. I appreciated their kindness through a big transition. I'd pick them next time for sure!
Great company to deal with had everything prepared and taken care of. The closing went off without a hitch. Bill Eritz is a very personable person and made everything easy. Enjoyed the experience. Great company to deal with Highly recommend .
I can't begin to thank the team at financial dimensions for making my closing go so smoothly. Kelly went above and beyond and I would recommend anyone to this company. Thank You!!
My experience was not a very good one with Financial Dimensions, Inc. My cousin and I purchased an property and used Financial Dimensions for our closing. The seller and I contacted Kelly the CFO several times via email and most times she did not respond at all. I got so frustrated I began contacting Bill, the CEO and right away he contacted me back. Bill asked me to communicate with Kelly if I had questions because she was the point of contact. A few days before closing the seller and I both emailed Kelly to ask her if there were any additional documents needed to close and if she received everything she needed. She replied "Yes". She also sent me a Closing statement indicating the amount owed at closing. My cousin and I live in Maryland a four hour drive from West Mifflin, PA, so we wanted to make sure we had everything to close. When we arrived to close which should have taken 20 minutes tops, took almost 2 hours. Turns out the paperwork had not been received to confirm the final inspection was cleared from the city and we ended up owing an additional $596.00 at closing that we had not budgeted for. During the entire process not once did Kelly apologize for the inconvenience. We were only in the area for the day and were trying to make the best of the time we have, this process put us two hours behind schedule and we had to move our appointment back with our realtor. At least I would have appreciated an apology from Kelly since it was her mistake, but nothing.
