Awful! I waited for 45 minutes before I had to ask someone about my appointment that I had scheduled the week before. The lady didn't write me on the schedule. Just wasted over an hour to find out they are poor professionals and have no customer service.

I am very picky about how my artificial nails are done. For the past few weeks I have been rather brutal with my nails and they held up! No lifting, no troubles. My polish wore off but I had fun painting them myself and, like I said, I was really tough on them. Thanks, Jennifer, for a job well done. I'll see you for my first refill this week!

I have been looking for a great nail tech after having a horrible experience with another salon/ tech. I was told to check out sophia s work and I decided to book an appointment with her. I went in and the salon was very clean and all friendly vibes:) I had to bring my 3 year old with me and Sophia gave him kid games on her phone while she did my nails. She is very quick and She did mine and my friends full set in an hour. She makes sure that you are satisfied with your nails and she is very nice when it comes to fixing something you don t like about your nails. I have gotten attitude from previous techs when they messed something up or I wasn t satisfied with the outcome. I 100% recommend Sophia and I will be returning to their salon:)

Aweful experiences. The wait is too long even with an appointment. The lady who work here is far less than helpful. My nail at the end look so not nice and the lady who work on me, I wish I remember her name, so unfriendly and get mad whenever I try to ask her to fix it. Well I guess I won t do another business with them then

I have tried multiple times to make an appointment and the lady who answered was less than helpful when trying to find an opening. She simply told me when they were booked, without providing me with days with appointment openings. I was also very underwhelmed by her professionalism and friendliness. I guess you get what you pay for on Groupon sometimes. I wouldn't purchase another gift certificate here again.

Just got a haircut in the back room, haven't had my nails done or anything. Anna us the best!
