Fifi's Pet Salon Review

I was really pleasantly surprised. We are winter Texans and I needed to find somebody better than last year who required a follow-up to fix the haircut. They are open 10:00 to 2:00 and it did take a little longer than an hour but they were short-staffed. I helped them out by cutting one area of his coat to the length that I wanted and I also showed them pictures from my previous cut, and they helped me decide that I needed a teddy bear face but short. And it came out perfect.

Horrible place to leave your dogs!
I do not recommend this place AT ALL!!
I left my dogs for a weekend there and when I would've call for pictures they never sent me any, I gave them food to feed my dogs and they never even bother to give them their food, my poor dogs peed all over their bodies, the condition that they were in was terrible, that is animal cruelty right there! They will not take care of your dogs, they don't even care about animals, DO NOT leave your dogs in this terrible awful place!!

Thanks so much Fifi's! My dog had a blast at your salon getting pampered. He had an eye injury he was recovering from, but the stylists at Fifi's did such a great job accommodating him and being careful with his eye. My dog came home smelling amazing and with such soft hair. He's looking dapper again!

Happy dog happy owner everytime! Fifi's goes out of their way to please you. Great staff and customer service. Owner is super nice and helpful too.

Had taken all my pets to this salon for years.loved it.felt that my babies were always safe.while the older lady and her daughter (owners) were there everything ran great.THEN A YOUNGER GENERATION TOOK OVER.not professional,poor attitude,very dismissive,just plain rude.when I questioned why my pets hair was uneven,and that it wasn t the first time, the young lady simply told me ...maybe I should take him somewhere else then . Took my baby and left and never went back.later I did see that the owner had tried to reach me,and I did appreciate that,but we never connected and that s that.if they re plainly telling me to either take it or leave it they plainly don t care.*by the way it s supposed to be 1 star not 3
