Had taken all my pets to this salon for years.love...

Had taken all my pets to this salon for years.loved it.felt that my babies were always safe.while the older lady and her daughter (owners) were there everything ran great.THEN A YOUNGER GENERATION TOOK OVER.not professional,poor attitude,very dismissive,just plain rude.when I questioned why my pets hair was uneven,and that it wasn t the first time, the young lady simply told me ...maybe I should take him somewhere else then . Took my baby and left and never went back.later I did see that the owner had tried to reach me,and I did appreciate that,but we never connected and that s that.if they re plainly telling me to either take it or leave it they plainly don t care.*by the way it s supposed to be 1 star not 3
