Spent 8 days here as Diamond Members and we has a great vacation. Normally we head to LA for summer but drove down here this time. I have to admit they have a lot of things that are done superior to other Six Flags parks and a few that need work but not much.
The Preferred Parking area is one of the best perks for becoming a Diamond Member. On the day that the park shut down due to thunderstorms the standards parking was at a stand still. We were back at the hotel in ten minutes. On water park days I can easily head to the car to drop our stuff off because the parking is so close.
I could write several pages about all the great things this park has but to touch on the few that were bad... Clean the pool areas in the morning since it doesn't open until noon. The water park doesn't open until noon!! It's Texas and 90 degrees, open the water area sooner! The Chinese Food place its disgusting and looked and tasted like it was made 5 hours earlier. You can't serve food that looks and taste like that and charge that much. Both Johnny Rocket eating areas need to be cleaned. We were there for awhile and never saw anyone cleaning up except to refill the ketchup and napkins. The tables were so sticky and gross. Good thing they have of the best food in the park!!
Besides that most of the staff was great, the lines were awesome, we didn't even use our fast passes, the food was generally good, and getting refills for drinks were painless and most of the rides are short walks. This park has come a long way since I visited it many years ago.

As a former employee and frequent guest, I can say that Six Flags Fiesta Texas is by far one of the best amusement parks in the US. The rides are amazing, the food is amazing, and (because I worked in the games department, I can say this with certainty) the games are amazing. 11/10.

Awesome

I am sorry to say that I was very disappointed. I was in a wheelchair and it was hard to access any of the rides, you would think nowadays places would have wheelchair access easily. This place does not! do not pay extra for flash pass, it's not worth it, especially if you're handicapped. We're going to Dallas St Louis Atlanta Chicago to try the other Six Flags I can only hope that they have handicap access, since I bought a membership, Diamond elite membership.

We went to six flags and took our kids. We get season passes every year and it is our tradition to visit six flags during fright fest. Every year was free to enter haunted houses. We did not get an email stating that haunted house cost now. We where caught off guard and not prepared to pay the fees for the haunted house. My kids did not get a chance to go into the haunted houses and where very disappointed. We hope that you guys change this policy.

It's sad to say but our experience went from great to sad in no time. My family and I experienced a unacceptable case of racist behavior with one of fiesta texas employee. My family and I were walking by one of there promotional tent set up as was a family next to us which happens to be Caucasian. As both families proceeded to pass by this promotional area a fiesta texas employee to our left side walked in front of us to talk to the Caucasian family who were to the right of us. As the employee tried to use aggressive sales pitch the family ignored him. As we passed by the area my 13 year old daughter asked me why did the employee cut us off to talk to the family to our right hand side. I simply responded "maybe he thought we were suitable for there product" and left it at that. As we continued to walk to the exit my wife had mentioned how racist that employee was. I mentioned to her that there is plenty of prejudice people in world. The sad part about it is that I would of never thought this would happen to my family and I especially in fiesta texas.

Six Flags has a decent water park and some cool coasters. That is about all the positives I can come up with. Bring a ton of money and ask yourself how they can charge nearly $30 just to park in a parking lot loaded with cracks and potholes. How it is you are forced to pay nearly $30 for 2 luke warm convenience store quality hamburgers.

Had a really fun time and getting through everything was pretty seamless. Food is expensive and I saw some people going out to their cars and then re entering after getting lunch from their coolers. There are tables outside for eating if you bring your own or if you go get food. You can bring a bag in and when you are on rides leave it on the side at the platform. Careful with glasses, saw one guy s sunglasses fly off.

Had a pretty fun time ! Food and drinks are wayyyy overpriced but hey it's an amusement park. The souvenir cup is worth it though. If you are thinking about purchasing a fast pass i would do it! Made the park that much more enjoyable not having to wait in the long lines. But beware you are kind of taking a gamble when purchasing the fast pass because they do not give rain checks or refunds! (Which I think is ridiculous) so check the weather before you go! Hopefully they change the fast pass policy.

We went for Holiday in the Park. The lights were nice, which is the ONLY reason for giving any stars. We took our grandchildren, ranging in ages from 6-10. Got there around 5pm, with plans of Lights, Rides, Dinner, Hot Chocolate and Smores. We got the Lights. With the exception of the carousel and a school bus, all other children rides were closed. The carousel had the strong stench of a skunk, preventing us from riding on it. The park was so filthy we didn't feel comfortable dining there. After paying $27 for parking, cost of 7 admission tickets, $150 on carnival games, more money at the candy store...we left. Not with a good feeling. So very disappointed !! The good news is that this experience stopped us from purchasing a membership. We will never go back.

Coming to six flags is pretty fun and I've never had a problem with any of the rides over the years that I've come. They have a kids area where it's only kid rides and there's a water park for in the summer time. The only thing that I would make sure to get when you plan a trip here is to get a flash pass. The lines are super long and if you don't get one you'll only be able to ride maybe less than 10 rides. I would also just bring some lunch because I think the food is pricey. They let you come in and out for your lunch but I don't think you can bring food in.
Other than that it's a great load of fun!

Amazing!! Takes a day or 2 to see the whole thing. The season pass is really worth it. Bring comfortable shoes and perhaps a change of clothes if you plan to get wet. Food can be quite expensive but there are many choices to choose from.

Invest in their cup so worth it for free refills and great fun. Having so many rides from water to land is great even if you lose aomething the employees work hard to find and help you find it!

This place is so much fun and the coasters are great! I would have given it 5 stars but it only gets 3 because the food at every location to eat tastes like garbage and they have the worst service when it comes to the dining. It takes about 30 minutes just to get a refill for your drink.

Terrible experience. If you don't have a fast pass it's not worth it to come. We waited for 3 hours for a ride only for it to break down right when we got close to the front of the line. After that we proceeded to get in line for the Joker ride, again waited 3 hours while countless people with fast passes got through. We were there all day and only were able to go on 3 rides total.

Lots of fun, but ALWAYS crowded. Expect to wait in line for an hour for any decent ride. Prices for food, games, etc are fair but add up quick. Not quite ballpark prices but still expensive.

Fiesta Texas is great with new rollercoasters being added. The entry price is reasonable, but there is also many sales. And the season pass comes with many befits. I'd be surprised if you haven't went here already.

I love this park. It is beautiful and clean and it has great coasters. However, it is very inefficiently run, with little respect for patrons' time. The park was very crowded, which was to be expected over the holidays, yet they were only running one train on the Iron Rattler, making the wait at least twice as long as it could have been. The Golden Lasso coaster had two trains, but each one only holds 8 passengers, and nearly every train left the station with 2-4 empty seats. We waited 35 minutes and bailed, because we weren't even a quarter of the way through the line. Every time I watched other coasters run, they ran with multiple empty seats, while ride lines were all 1-2 hours long. It was offensive.

A lot of rides not working. You wait in long lines and then they tell you the ride is shut down. No signs about which order you need to get your tickets. We have been here for 4 hour rode 1 ride and two they turned you back and said ride needed maintenance after you waited in line for an hour. I've never written a bad review this is my first one but this is the worst place

it is big, has a lot of rides and thrills. Kids may love it.
But, the management need improve. There are plenty things could be done better, there is no reminder for how long you will have to wait for the ride.
Refill water could definitely be self-serve, you have to wait for 30 mins to refill or be to served.

Good roller coasters. Great staff! That's where the positive comments end, unfortunately.

Food, drink and pretty much everything else are outrageously expensive. 27 dollars just to park if you aren't a season pass holder (which I am.) Be prepared to stand in line for hours. I doubt I will keep my season pass.

Totally recommend this place to people that have young kids. Mine totally enjoyed it and almost didnt want to go back. We will surely be coming back when next we visit san Antonio. It is however a bit expensive, but you can get online discounts by buying bnb the tickets online or the season pass.

What a great jewel in the Six Flags crown! SFFT is a smaller park in the Six Flags family and that makes it easier to get around. The staff is friendly, the rides are great, the patrons are friendly and the whole experience is top-notch. I will try to make time to visit this park each time I return to Texas since I'm addicted to riding the Iron Rattler!

Total waste of money!!! Went there on 30 Sep 2017. All the rides were shut down because of the power yet all the shops, food vendors and the smoke machines had power. Spent over $300 on tickets and parking, no one was around to talk to and they thought handing out Oreos at the exit would make up for it. They made a lot of money that night and that's all they care about!! Looks like the people that work there give it great reviews

The lack of organization and poor customer service...

The lack of organization and poor customer service was extremely disappointing. We purchased our full day tickets, the day prior, and the next day we woke up early and drove over three hours to get there to maximize our day. When we arrived, the park was closed and none of the administration were answering calls. Google stated that the park was still opened, and finally we rechecked the website and they had changed the opening time from 11 am to 5 pm, but made NO announcement whatsoever. We weren't the only ones with that experience! Tons of cars were piling in with our same confusion and ultimate frustration. When we arrived at 5:30, guest services blamed us for not checking the site day of, despite the fact that we had already purchased our tickets and were not willing to make any compensation apart from letting us come during one of the next two days instead, as if we didn't travel from afar and have a set schedule. We ultimately went and tried to make the best of our time (mind you, this place opened at 5:00, we arrived at 5:30), however when we got there, they were testing the rides (which I believe, should've happened BEFORE the park even opened, it's not like they didn't have the time) so we had to wait until after 6pm to start enjoy the rollercoasters and other rides. We are definitely not returning, because this park does jot respect people's time or money. Thank goodness there's the one in Dallas as an alternative.

So excited getting out of the house. I've stayed quarantined this whole time. My husband was essential so he has not stopped working. I really loved the fact they made us make reservations and made all kinds of sacrifices to keep us all safe. We had a wonderful time at Six Flags Fiesta Texas.. You Rock!
The food was delicious, the restrooms were nice and clean, the park was clean, the rides were cleaned periodically. Perfect day.

Horrible, horrible experience trying to get to the parking lot. The intersections and stop lights were constantly filled with people making illegal turns, blocking the intersections, and just plain bedlam. Once there, stroller paths are not marked and sometimes difficult to find. Tube rides were not supervised properly so people waiting for tubes were skipped by people who just got off the ride and went right back up with their tubes instead of handing them to the waiting people. Exiting at closing was also a nightmare in the parking lot. Over an hour to leave.

Excellent option to go with friends and family for a little fun and thrill. The staff is kind but there's a lot of opportunity in the logistics and speed of the service. Some of the areas are not as clean as they should like the pizza restaurant that is near Wonder Woman, the floor was filthy and it looked terrible...

Watch getting your change , watch your stuff. Parking lot SUXS . Price to pay to park is STUPID and if it didnt take me over an hour to GET out of lot i may not have complained, total cluster. VERY expensive FOOD, DRINKS, guess because they can. Fright nite cant see not good lightening with fog machine. Lots of rides closed.

I cannot stress this enough, plan your trip carefully. My family and I purchased a package deal from SixFlags online including a hotel and day passes all included. We purchased the tickets over a month in advance, and at the time of purchase, the calendar showed our visit date to be 12am to 10pm. Perfect. If regular price tickets are 78$ each, and parking is 30$, I want all day to enjoy that. Well fast forward to three days before our visit, their calendar now shows 5pm to 10pm. Turns out H-E-B rented the park for half a day and we only got a 5 hour visit. To top it off, multiple rides were under construction, and we only got to ride three rides. I also expected some price gouging, but when their signs were proud to display 10$ for two bottles of water I knew this would be our last visit to a Six Flags. I took vacation, drove to another city, and spent hundreds of dollars for three rides. I recognize that I have to share the blame by not continually checking the park calendar, but my experience was three stars at best. I m glad my kids got the experience, but your money is much better spent elsewhere.
