CLEANEST AMUSEMENT PARK BATHROOMS I HAVE EVER SEEN. Picture this, your standing in line with your in-laws and after a minute of two of waiting you realize you probably could have benefited from a stop and the little girl/boys room. What do you do? Do you get out of line and risk your spot? NO! You suck it up and go on a hair raising thrill ride. After you disembark you fight your way through kids and slow people. En route to your porcelain throne you think, this bathroom probably reeks of old popcorn and sweaty uncle with a thin film of mysterious sticky residue and a trash that hasn't been emptied since the Bush administration. This seems to be the norm for these types of places. Instead, after following well placed and easy to see signage you enter a blissful sanctuary. A place i would be proud of in my own home. Gentle spring scents, emptied garbages, Floors and toilets you can see your reflection in. Six Flags Fiesta Texas, i applaud you. Well done. 10/10 would visit the restrooms again.
Also rides were good.
Very fin place to go when you're bored. In fact I bought the gold season pass.
Sat. Sept 28th 3019. 93 degrees and the only show forces everyone to sit in the baking sun. Only 2 floats working for the texas tumble with red water. The line doesn't move and no one is informing people what is wrong. Most people just give up and walk away. Long food lines even though the crowds are slim.
They have about 12 ticket booths right past the security checks but NONE were open. Instead, there was a single line for there "guest services" windows. We opted for a membership simply because there were fewer people in line, but there were only two people to assist and answer questions. Hope that isn't indicative of how understaffed the rest of the park is.
Every time we go we have so much fun and we keep coming back
Brought my kids here and was very surprised at how many kid friendly rides there were to choose from. Being a single father of two it was a relaxing experience to have the kids be so happy and having fun while I got to kick back and enjoy a beer. Food here was good, lines weren't bad in comparison to our home theme parks in Florida.
I liked that the water park was big. Some of the staff seemed irritated. The VR coaster didn't work out first time on it, but overall good experience.
Fright fest was pretty awesome!! Not exactly appropriate for little ones under 12. We have diamond memberships and it's worth it for sure, but you still have to purchase passes for the haunted houses. Overall, a great time.
It was too hot! Could yall please do something about that before my next visit? Thank you!
Great place for family fun; Mardi Gras over on 4/30 and then we start with Fiesta. Food a bit expensive but really good. Plenty of parking. Be prepared to walk!
Great place for fun and entertainment. They
have great food with an added holiday selection.
I think this is the best decorated six flags park EVER! It's a really cool place. They don't have as much coasters as other six flags park but they do have good roller coasters. They have plenty of kids rides and it Awesome!
Does anyone know who runs this place. Seems like not even the employess know who is a supervisor or not.. To many many employees with no common sense.. Dont even kmow the meaning of secure. I ask for supervisior. I get security.. Lol. Dont ask for person im charge..bet security wiwill come instead..
Tons of rides and water activities closed. Feels dirty.
The rides in this place are very good but when we went the crowds were large and it seems like half of the people have bought the Flash Pass so you are guaranteed an even longer wait for a ride. Average wait time was about 1 hour and 20 minutes per ride. We waited almost 2:30 hours for the Wonder Woman ride. Great ride but nothing is worth a wait that long. Best thing is to buy the season pass and come on their slowest days.
Had a blast!! For the exception that a stranger had the audacity to steal our season cups from our spot. Which my daughter had only stepped away from for a moment. Keep in mind my daughter approached her and told her to give our cups back in front of a lifeguard. She gave her only 1 back and kept the other two!! The lifeguard did nothing on the spot but soon after I came back a different lifeguard approached me. Who told me to go to lost and found, had to name drop the lifeguard and her supervisor. Whom sent us to a stand where we had to wait an hour and half to get 2 cups, of course had to show a receipt.
Long story short....GET A LOCKER or always have someone guard your belongings.
A real flop for the money no shows coster rides were extremely rough not a good place for small children if you have health problems stay off batman ride was violent
Its a really beautiful young baby park & would love to return again soon
I loved this Six Flags
I love coming to six flags it is so much fun especially when they are having events and the activities they have it just makes it just that much more awesome!
Lots of great rides. One suggestion though, do not ride the wonder woman ride if you want to keep your back. Because of that ride, one of my students I was chaperoning for was hesitant to get in the other rides. The ride wasn't even exiting or fun, but rather went after you with the violent shakes meant to dislocate your spinal cord. Other than that, the other bigger rides were spectacular.
Loved it good place for family gathering. Bring your food and have a picnic, but only six spaces
Worst experience of any theme park. 4 hours spent and no rides available. 1 1/2 hour wait for a broken ride. Poor service with 10 year olds running the place.
Scenery is amazing, lines are reasonably short if you get there early, clean location and friendly staff. Had a great time, definitely going back.
Always a blast lots of people long lines but its expected
Very upsetting No ice, low on food, fast pass wasn't even fast on some rides, water rides down because of water level lines extremely long and occupancy on some rides was above what it should be due to no A/C or vent in building, rude associates stating you couldn't go in store unless we were buying, how you gonna know if you can't see what they have SMH
The stuff members on the SuperMan ride weren't very helpful super rude. All I'm saying is if you're not happy with your job just quit you shouldn't take it out on the customer.
Always a delight to see the children smile, specially during the holidays
Rides are great, but the staff sucks. They're poorly trained and have no clue what's going on.
Love it every time i come, awesome experience every time, even now with all the pandemic measurements.
Fun, Cool, and better than Sea World and Disney Land! The Superman, Iron Rattler, The Joker, The Batman, The Goliath, and The Wonder Woman are the best rides there! Only $65 plus some food and games that cost more than usual, but it's worth it.
I love this place and the rollercoasters are always a good time, disclaimer if you are a larger individual you may not be able to ride the poltergeist
Rollercoasters were fun a few of them were down for Matinence food and drinks were over priced though and parking was $27 way to expensive
cool place i like the roller couster i wish i was there again please take me back
Always love going here the only thing I can say is. If you know your going here be prepared to wait it gets pretty packed but there is still lots to enjoy.
This place never ceases to amaze my grandson & me. Love Halloween, Christmas seasons there. A really fun place for all.
Absolutely awesome!! Our family had a terrific time! Word of advice: bring a hat, sunscreen, comfortable shoes, and clothes you don't mind getting wet. We will definitely come back again!
Loads of fun for tourist and locals ,awesome attractions ,rides and restaurants
Pay for membership and annual flash pass. Still long lines and our favorite rides are closed half the time. San Antonio needs a new amusement park
Lines aren't too bad on average days. Lots of fun for all. It will be an expensive day and the operating hours are a little short, but otherwise very nice.
I like it so far.. always had fun every time my husband and i visit the place.. very crowded tho. Long lines. 1 thing i dont like about it are there restrooms..
Disappointed in the meal plan. On our first day no one told us that we could only get dinner between 5:30-8:30 and no snacks after 8:30 so my son didn t get dinner and we didn t get the funnel cake and ice cream I promised the kids because the food is super expensive. I feel like I paid $225 for 2 slices of pizza a pretzel and some fries. Drinks are additional $30 if you want refills. NO Refunds. I should have taken them to sea world. This place is just about making a buck.
Had a great day here with my middle daughter. They do many events/competitions. Having more ride options for younger kids would make this a better family experience.
This place is so much fun. I'm used to theme parks wear after a few rides on a roller coaster you have a headache, but Technology and Engineering have come such a long way that you could spend the entire day here riding rides and not leave with a sore neck.
We are members and went to a special event for members took us so long to get inside and then the line to the event was a mile long. It was very badly planned .
Fun rides of course, but in the waterpark the bathroom is crowded and sparse. I don't understand where they expect little kids to use the bathroom because it was much farther than I would expect, especially for having to get out of the pool. I guess they are supposed to pee in the pool? They also don't wipe their tables down and food stains attract bees frequently. I even had trouble with admission to the park because I could not get someone to be reasonable at guest services, though I spoke to three people.
Clean, well maintained, new fun rides, polite staff.
Took a family trip to the Hill Country and a January 2, 2017 to Fiesta Texas was the main event.
Park was supposed to be operating Noon-7Pm.
It was cold that day, but not below freezing during operating hours.
The crowds were small indeed, so Management decided to close the park at 2 and operate no rides or shows for the meager 2 hours they were open.
Only the train and the baby train operated.
Even indoor attractions like Scooby Doo Ghost Hunt were closed.
Who cares about the people who traveled to go to the park, the almighty dollar is more important.
The Six Flags company is a crooked joke.
They are not fit to lick the boots of Disney, Busch Gardens, or about 20 superior operators of Amusement parks.
My complaint has yielded zero response, never mind being a season pass holder.
Next contact will be from my lawyer.
Hotel and gas was not cheap.
I was working part time at turnstiles the staff is awesome!
Lots of fun there are so many rollercoasters and games to play my favorite place Is the water park
A ton of the rides aren t even open. Besides the ones that aren t open, they are constantly breaking. In the six hours that I was at this six flags literally waited over an hour at 3 different rides to get to the front and then they closed it because the ride broke . We were told we should check out other attractions but there are literally more rides that are out of services than are actually available to ride. SERIOUSLY. I would honestly say half of the coasters they advertise aren t functional. On top of that, they only have one cart running on every coaster despite how long the line is. You watch flash pass riders walk past and then they even send the coaster going with hardly anybody on it. I waited for 45 minutes for the Wonder Woman ride and saw them sending two people on the whole ride with one cart going! It was ridiculous. I waited for 45 minutes and didn t even move and just ended up leaving. Overall cost is expensive for tickets, parking alone is $25, and half the rides aren t functional. Save your money and avoid this park.
Too long of a wait, will get about 3 or 4 rides in a WHOLE day. Came at 1045 am, waited 25 mins to just get through parking gate. Parking is $25! With fast pass a normal ticket is pointless. I understand that there will be wait times and I am fine with that. But the whole experience was not pleasant. Get up to the front and there are people using the "single riders" line to skip up front, and then saying they have a group or two or four. Then the employee let's them go as a group in front of us. What's the point of having that rule if it's not followed? Not properly trained employees, means inefficiency. I just choose to spend my money elsewhere. Y'all "the owners" don't care how many tickets they sell or how long wait times are. Save your hard earned money for something more worth it!
We had a great experience here, short lines, decent weather (considering the flash flood warnings), great staff. The only issue we encountered was a "dress code" they enforced on my friend wearing a crop top (but not on anyone else in the park) and the fact that the tickets are non-refundable/transferrable in the case of inclement weather.
Long queues with no shade to shelter from the heat. They should install water mist spray to cool people down. My teenagers didn t even take a single ride. We went in and out in 3 hours
Great place for family fun. Bring your comfortable shoes because there is so much to see. Best weather is late February thru March. Not too hot
It was great! We especially liked the different types of foods. The stories were filled with amazing stuff.
Fun Fun Fun!!! Of course the lines are long but that's to be expected.
Super packed on summer weekends the lines are 1hr & 30 min of wait... Super hot weather. But its worth the fun.
Always clean and fun. Definitely worth it to have the Diamond Elite membership. Only a 3 hr drive from Houston. Water park is great in the summer months. Good idea to leave before closing or you must patiently wait through traffic. Good food and best deal if you purchase the dining pass (especially if feeding a family). Flash Pass is a plus if you want to skip lines
Fun place for the family. Would like a little more guidance when it comes to wheel chairs and some of the rides that need a pass. Other than that the memberships are worth the money.
It's an amusement park. Not a lot more to say, but here are my complaints for why just 4 stars:
-Lots of random ride closures during my visit (maybe just bad luck).
-The flash pass interface is awful and it does not always update with ride closures.
-Very poor layout of park, and asking staff members for directions led us the wrong way more times than it helped.
Pros:
The water park is pretty great.
I was so looking forward to a great time with my family on Saturday Octobet 14th. It was one of the worst experiences i have ever had during Fright Fest. LONG lines for everything. I waited for an hour in line at Rock Kill high haunted house and was only half way to the entrance. My hysband and i decided to get out of line. It took the rest of our group another HOUR of waiting to get in and said the 2 hour wait was not worth it. The whole thing wasnt worth it and my husband and i left. We wont be going to Fright Fest our favorite from the past ever again.
Fun place for the family, great food and attractions. Thought the prices for everything are way too high, and the lines for rides are unbearably long and slow. The other day, I felt sick and dizzy and I wasn't even on the ride yet. It was from dehydration and the extreme heat from waiting in line for the Gully Washer that apparently had technical issues or something (I kept seeing empty tubes pass by so I assumed it was a technical issue).
Six flags is taking advantage of its customers during a pandemic by charging customers accounts while theyre not even open. I reached out to customer service ,(via email since i could not reach a live agent) to explain to them that i had been laid off due to the covid 19 pandemic and try to get a refund. They told me they would not be issuing any refunds, so i cancelled my membership. They never even refunded my "refundable" down payment. I am letting everyone know that six flags will is a dishonest company who takes advantage of theyre customers.
We had a blast, the only thing was the bugs please spray the park..
Absolutely love this place! Great memories and great times to be had!
Wonderful park great time with family with enjoyed a full day , I recommend to have a nice day going to try all the roller coasters and water rides
Seemed really outdated. Wooden roller coaster was fun. We went during the fright fest and it was a joke
It is so fun there! The rides are awesome and the games there are easy. Some food and drink are a little pricey but other other places aren t so bad.
This place has the coolest rides. The water park is nice for those hot days when you want to get soaked and cool off. If you go early in the morning there is not much traffic nor people, so you don't have to wait in line for rides. There are several vendors for food and different selections to choose from. Price of food and drinks is high though so plan accordingly. Staff is friendly and courteous.
Too many rides down , and the employees were rude as hell.
Awesome place, get ready for huge crowds in summer and casual long lines at six flags. Definitely a place to visit every time I go to TX
Fiesta Texas is my sons and my to go place. We always get the membership and they always have great deals for it. We enjoy some time in the water park and then head off for some fun rides. The food is good, they have different varieties of quick foods and meals to enjoy. My kids enjoy the plays that they have and love taking picture with the characters when possible. They have plenty places and things to do, the day goes by so fast. Theres is some shade for those hot days and they have lots of small stands with refreshing drinks. Parking is always packed but it's a big place so its understandable. The safety protocol is something I am 100% ok with. I like knowing that my children and I could enjoy ourselves without any concern. Waiting time varies of course, busy days take longer but it's worth the wait.
Not at all worth the long trip for us... Wait in line for hours and get to ride a few rides... Not what it used to be... You pay too much for nasty food and long waits for everything... Very dissapointed with Six Flags this year...
You pay an outrageous amount to stand in line for hours, and if you would like you can pay another exorbitant amount to jump to the front of the line. It's ridiculous
The park was so packed, there was a HUGE line of people waiting in the SUN for the water park for entry but had to wait until occupancy availability. I understand the occupancy max for the water park but when you have three company picnic events and Bring A Friend For Free in ONE day, management and administration team need better planning or expand the water park. They need more REFILL STATIONS and RE-TRAIN their employees. For the firework show, my fiance had to walk all the way over to where the wonder woman ride is located for a REFILL! The only STATION near the firework show did not offer refills and when he asked where he could get a REFILL the employee didn't know. THEN! As we are leaving, there was an employee directing traffic,in the dark, with no neon vest, no glow sticks. Just his phone in his hand with the light on. That is very dangerous! I'm hoping the owner reads this and addresses it.
What a great park. Many of the employees are special needs people who are very capable of the demands of their job. I thought the park would be overly crowded and painful to navigate through with my 2 little boys, but it was great!
The rides are amazing and the Texas wave pool is great in the summer.
Fun and family friendly. Dining is a bit pricey but what theme park food isn't.
Fiesta Texas is great but it gets old after a few trips. Summer gets very hot and crowded; be sure to stay hydrated.
Halloween is a fantastic time of year to visit, however they have tamed down the haunted houses quite a bit.
