Horrible customer service! This park receives more complaints than all of the other Six Flags Parks combined. That is direct information from an employee who used to work at their national call center. I have visited a plethora of
Amusement parks for over 30 years including other Parks not owned by Six Flags and I have never encountered so many poorly trained employees. They have no clue as to what customer service is. They are impersonal, rude, and could care less about the guest experience. They act as if they own the place and you are an inconvenience to have deal with. They close rides early, are combative and poorly trained. When they close they tell you you enjoy your walk to the parking lot after they tell you that there are no rerides EVER when on line for the Superman even though the cue line is 75% empty and there are all those seats available. Never in my life. Try visiting Great Adventure in Jersey or Over Texas and you will know what a Six Flags is. This isn't aSix Flags, it's more like a traveling carnival and they even are better than this awful place. It's a shame because they do have some of the best rides out there.

Thank you for your great customer service. My son recently lost his phone and six flags had back to us with in the week. Thank you

Great fun all year round! I love the live shows throughout the year. I like to buy the souvenirs during the clearances. I always buy season passes and the fireworks and videos are spectacular. We'll be back again next year! Turkey legs are to die for..LOL.

Nice little theme park. Definitely not Universal or Disney in Orlando, but just cool to have a theme park so close in SATown. Rocking chairs scattered throughout the park are a cool add, but with the Texas heat, they could also use more covered seating for parents waiting for kids on rides, etc. More canopies in the water park would be great too.

Plenty of fun memories to be made. I loved going to six flags every weekend and riding rides with friends and loved ones. Plus six flags offers so many different plans, discounts, offers, and memberships that it nearly impossible to not go and enjoy some fun in the sun this summer woth your friends and family!

Where to start??

Where to start??
First of all, they don t have attendants in the parking lot directing traffic for parking in the mornings, thereby creating the situation where people park wherever they want instead of equalizing everything out.
Second, they don t have attendants at the front of the park to sell tickets (at least today they didn t.)
Third, the bathrooms were terrible; they weren t clean, there were cob webs in the stalls, they smelled like concentrated urine.
Fourth, there were not enough staff at the food stands to accommodate orders, not even to just refill the drinks which was the most requested thing. On top of that, they only filled the cups with 1/4-1/2 cup of ice. Mind you- it was nearly 100 degrees today!!
Fifth, they didn t allow patrons to get on rides before 3pm unless they were annual pass holders. WTH is the point of a tourist (NOT a season pass holder) going to a roller coaster park if you can t get on the rides???
Needless to say, I will NEVER be going back; and I live just 7-miles away!!! I would rather spend the money to go to Disney World FLORIDA every year to have a pristine quality experience than ever be subjected again to the experience I had today.

This is always a great theme park to visit. The new wonder woman ride is great. Batman is different every time since it is 4D. Lots of high thrill rides. Water park is a great way to cool off after lunch.

The pictures shown are not what it looks like today 2018, the tile floors are all broken & tore up, needing repairs all throughout the park. Many places to eat but all the same menu items, the salads were dated 2 days before, this park (fiesta Texas) is a snack only park in my opinion and there are plenty of restaurants around outside the park. Beware season passes include parking for the entire year and not just your first visit. We had a fun time otherwise with the games and rides and employees.

Went on a Monday during Thanksgiving week and it was not busy. Lines were short in most of the rides. The park was clean and well attended. My kids loved all the thrill rides. They had a lot of fun. I'm sure I would purchase a season pass if we lived near. The Wonder Woman ride is the best of all followed by Superman.

Horrible customer service! You can t speak to anyone on the phone and it takes them a week to respond to emails. I spent an hour in the customer service line at the park and they were going to give me a refund for the All American Food Festival tickets I purchased online. The food was Inedible and a worker agreed it was not worth the money I spent. They also did not have all the food or beer offered when I purchased the tickets. It was only supposed to take 10-15 business days and I still have not gotten my refund and when I emailed them about it, they responded saying they put in a request for the refund and it will take another 10-15 days!! That s $90 dollars I don t know if I ll ever get back. Honest this place was fun but a waste of money not only on the food and the fast pass we paid for.

We attended my husbands company Christmas party there last weekend and most of the rides were indeed closed. We bought season passes for next year and unfortunately right after doing so my sons went on the boomerang and the safety bar failed. His older brother was able to hold it down til the ride ended when they told the operator about what happened, he responded with oh, we'll check into it. Not even 2 minutes later the ride started again. We went to hospitality and informed them. Their response epic, oh we always have problems with that ride, at least once a week! WHAT!?!
Really regretting buying season Gold passes for my family of 6

Gave 3 full rounds to the whole park looking for the kids water park. We asked 2 different staff members, and no one could direct us to the right place. Bar inside the kids pool. Older people drinking alcoholic beverages inside the kids pool taking the little space they had. I'd also love a bar like this, but maybe on the pool meant for adults...

We were visiting from Atlanta and prefer it over our Six flags over Georgia. The only things I was unhappy about was the fact that both days we visited the wave pool was closed. Also, the restrooms were dirty and didn't have mirrors, which was strange. Other than that, we had a fantastic time.

I came out of Six Flags a broken woman. (of course I went IN a broken woman...but thats not the point) None of the rides were open, and the rides that were open, sucked. Its just like the DC movies. They get your hopes up a bit, and then they yeet it from you. Would not recommend to a person visiting San Antonio. Go to Sea World instead.
********************************************
ALSO, The ride Slingshot gets only because it costs $20 per person and Its not even good.

I used to come a lot before the pandemic and loved the place. The rides are all amazing, and I can only think of a few times where I had to wait for an extended amount of time because they were working on fixing a ride. The only thing I wish is if they refunded money to those who chose not to come during the pandemic though.

Lots of fun we had a great time. Only details was the high parking fee make sure to buy parking online to save money and we happen to encounter some tired employees who were short with us. But overall super super fun J&A

i had the best time ever here! it was so fun! the food is VERY expensive and not that good. the rides were super fun although i felt like my neck was going to break on 80% of them but that was okay because it was fun anyways. the gift store was super expensive and there was no cute clothes to buy, i saw that some were kinda cute but they were 50! for a shirt like that s insane and the rides gave me a headache and i was exhausted afterwards but it was fun

Had an awesome time the monster's were out and about. But I think they could of done without the fog it was a bit too much. Well for my grandbaby and I it was. Other then that it was really fun.

Had a great visit. I come here often and it was a usual attendance. More people are starting to come since schools are letting out for the summer and vacations are starting. The shows are over the top again this year!!! Fun times here. Weather was great as a little heat is a good welcome and glad winter is behind us. Will definitely continue to visit here.

Always love coming here and holiday in the park was so fun. They had s mores station where you could roast marshmallows over an open fire, fake snow falling, and lights and Christmas cheer everywhere. We have become members and always come when they have something big going on. This trip we didn t even ride any rides just watched a few shows and did some shopping and it was a blast.

My family and I have the membership, which is much more affordable and all the benefits of the season pass. We go about once a month and we never feel like it's not worth it bc sometimes we get to do all we want to and sometimes we don't.

27MAY2019. My family waited in line for over 45 minutes on four rides and they were all closed. No one from Six Flags informed us. I needed to make my way to the front of each line to get information. Would they give a refund???? NO. GUEST RELATIONS STATED NO REFUNDS AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. Well l, that's $205 down the drain.

Great amusement park for all. Family oriented. People of all ages. Lots of tourists talking foreign language. Right on target to associate everything with the Warmer Bros and Looney Tunes characters. So right to only show cartoons on all TV monitors around the park. Spectacular rides ranging from kiddie rides to the most daring. The place could have cleaner restrooms and better landscaping. The park can also be somewhat cleaner but is not. The festivals and live shows are pretty good. Worst thing here is by far the food, too expensive, too small portions and not the best quality. The street food, like funnel cakes and cotton candy and lemonade are good enough, anyway. Real good souvenir stores. Overall great value and great experience.

I've been scared of roller coasters for soooo long. But decided to finally go to get over my fears. My friends took me down and first ride they put me in was... the rattler... and I was instantly hooked. We ended up riding every ride at the park (even the kiddy ones). Now I own a season pass and come and go at least once a month

Visited here 3wks prior and was so much cleaner. The water park side was so so. I wanted a pretzel there and they didn't offer any cheese, which I found to be strange. All of their food is overpriced. Bring a cooler and eat outside of the gates for lunch.

Some unnecessary lines and unclear directions. There is no real food available anywhere in the park. There's many places around the park that are simply neglected, e.g. rotting doors, faded paint, etc. That said, I've had a season pass for many years and there are several great rides.

Great for kids rides, great for seasonal celebrations (4 currently: 4yh of July, fright fest, Christmas, Mardi Gras). Silly shows. Long rides on coasters. $25 parking. Expensive tickets. Bad, really bad, horrible bad expensive food. Buy season tickets in late fall with meal plans and parking included. If you live close fun with family. Need to Go 3 times to Break even

Went there today with my daughter because her company was hosting an employee appreciation day there. We were able to get on 3 coasters we usually don't go to due to long lines. The Batman was a short ride (about 30-40 seconds in length) but very thankful for it. It was SCARY!!! We also got on the Boomerang. It gave me a little headache but it was fun. The Superman scared me too but not as much as the first one. overall, I had a great day

This was my first time here and was disappointed. The food was OK, except they ran out of certain foods. The rides are great, but super long lines. The biggest problem we had is the line jumping. They post number to call, but nothing happens. We were in line over an hour for one ride and the people in front of us let 5 of their friends join them. It's a big problem that diminished our experience, especially with the long waits for rides

Great day for the family having a water park along side makes it worth the price. Friendly staff and very clean. Many choices to eat and drink. A must stop for anyone visiting San Antonio

1 star for not offering recycle on site. Other than that it's okay. Ran into a ride staff member in the water park area. It was a strick ride and they were just telling at people over the microphone. Very unprofessional, you have a bunch of teenagers running the ride who have no experience how to deal with customers or provide customer service. Managers have no experience either, instead of removing the problem they just moved the problem somewhere else. So the experience at the water park was unpleasant to say the least. The rides outside the water park were great.

Holiday in the Park is a perfect one night girls getaway for an evening in San Antonio. If you can snag a great deal from one of the local hotels on a Friday night like Springhill Suites, park free and Uber over, you've got about 5 hours to enjoy the food and sample the rides. Making s'mores over an open flame was so festive and delicious. Visiting the saloon in between rides dinner and a funnel cake made the time fly with lots of laughter. The snowy walkway really did feel quite magical and the lights and music made everything feel festive. After Ubering back to the room we promptly laughed until we went to bed and ignored all the snack food we brought with us. That's probably what anyone is looking for this time of the year.

If you have the flexibility to go on an off day that isn't too crowded it is a blast!! Fun rides. On holidays, or really crowded days, I don't think it is worth it at all as the line wait is loooooong.

There were not any scary clowns in the boardwalk area. The driving lines.to into the park were long. Not as ridiculously long as the unorganized, cluster of traffic everywhere and the hour and fifteen minutes to finally get out!! Never again! Now I remember why i didnt purchase a season pass. Horrible. It has not changed.

Went on 7-22-2019 and half the rides were closed or being maintained lots of games were also closed the water park was also more than half closed for me it was a waist of money for my parking and tickets we got bored very quickly website said nothing about Monday being half closed .we've gone for years and never really had a reason to complain but it seems like recently this park is on the decline on attractions and appearances.

Understaffed. It took an hour and a half to get my drinks from a huge line, there was only one cashier open. The others were closed. All I wanted was a refreshment since it was in the 100's. Otherwise, the rides are great. I hope for there to be more water rides when it's not summer, Texas is always scorching. Power surge is gone, sadly. But my experience was overall decent. A good way to spend your weekend, just plan things out if it's gonna be hot.

What a disappointment visit..went to see if it was worth buying the season passes but not anymore.many things we went for were available being "maintained" no ice in soda machines drinks were flat.staff wasn't very helpful either.

Great rides and entertaining shows. Lines are very long on weekends and its also very hard to navigate when your within elbows reach of random people. Park would be in a great spot if it just spread out a bit. City expanding a lot but they aren't.

The new Iron Rattler is really fun! However, the Foursquare coupon advertised all over the park was not available, even after being asked to try back all day. And the "odors" around some of the eating establishments were not pleasant. Fun day, but far from perfect.

This was a great experience. My nephew, my sister, and my sister in law went on the Sunday after July 4th. I'm from Ohio so if you guys could turn the heat down a little that'd be great. Also being from Ohio I've ridden the nation's best rollercoasters and iron rattler is hands down the most fun I've had on a coaster (with the exception of The Beast, sorry) good crowd, well-mannered people, great water park, great staff, and terrible prices on general admission. They really want that subscription cost on the membership tier as shown by the adverts in every corner of the park.

Could I get an out of town discount or do I have to pay the season price and fly down a few more times to make it worth it? Other than that we had a great time.

First time to a Six Flags and it's starts out fun the first 2 rides but as my family walks to the Superman ride, it's closed! We walk to the Wonder Woman ride and thats closed! We look over at the Joker ride and thats STILL under construction. Off to the rafting ride and they shut it down temporarily to service the rafts! We get ready to head to the water park side of it and find out half of that is closed! When we go to get some drinks the wife waits in line for 30 minutes and upon reaching the register she is told the systems are down and they can't sell us anything. The wife chats with a guy who acts in charge and he slips us 2 free drinks. It starts raining so we go get rain checks for later this week. Hopefully they get things together. Please don't let your park be like the DC movies and suck! Lol.

At the "coffee bar" and the single employee they have literally does not know *how* to make coffee, so can't sell coffee.

I don't understand these people...

Still a 3, park is clean and whatnot, but could have been a 4. Would have been a 5 if the Mardi gras food had even a remote hint of flavor, but that was expected.

Food is by far the worst experience at these parks... Tasteless and pricy with small portions.
