Pretty great theme park. You're going to do alot of walking, wear comfortable shoes. Prepare a dry and a wet set of clothes, since the waterpark is pretty awesome and you don't want to miss out on that. Sunscreen bro, take it. No joke - Texas will cook you. Water, drink it. Try not to get super wasted and throw up on any little kids, and you can have an awesome time here. You can easily spend the whole day, if you've got the stamina.

My experience at Six Flags Fiesta Texas was great. This location has 5 themed parks in total of 60 rides including a water park. The wait time on the rides can vary depending on how many people and the time of the day. The food and drinks can be a little pricey but that is usually expected at an amusement park. This park also offers on-site lockers, a first aid center, a dog care, and different memberships package options for frequent visiting customers. Overall, my experience at Six Flags Fiesta was amazing and I would definitely recommend this amusement park to any family or single individual looking to have a good time!

The show are awesome, so are the rides. The food and the deserts are delicious.
But only 1 sad thing is that there are way to many young children in the park a long with parents. My wife and I Witness 4 young girls around 12 , 13 yrs old making hand and mouth jesters to 4 young adults around 20 to 24 yrs old.

We had a great day at the park but leaving the parking was ridiculous. They need to have people directing traffic. People were cutting in line and just causing major traffic jam. Sitting here an hour and have barely moved. Considering everyone paid $22 to park they can afford to man the parking lot with police to direct traffic.

Giving this one star because I am not able to score it a ZERO. Park wasn't even 1/4 capacity and that should have been a good indicator of what was in store. With only 60% of the rides working and none of them opening on time it made for a terrible visit. It's not that they don't have great rides, they do. But poor maintenance and or bad scheduling of staff made for glaring issues. Cannot see us returning ever. Not a good job Six Flags.

Six flags is a staple for San Antonio. New rides are opened about every year which is hard to believe because amusement parks are typically land locked, but they still find the space for new rides! Food of course is expensive and restrooms could be nicer, but the plus side is they are always running specials for their season passes so if you visit more than once a year, you re already saving money!

My kids and I love this place. We happened to go on a day where we never waited long for any of the rides. The rides are thrilling and fun. I took off a star because everything is sooo overpriced! And I really dislike that! We just brought our lunch in a cooler and went out to the car at lunch to eat.

We went to Fiesta Texas last year in August right before school started and I was impressed.. The lines to the rides we really fast. I even got to get on the Iron Rattler back b to back with my nephew. Overall we had a good time I highly recommend buying season tickets. It gives you a good reason to come back to San Antonio..

I will start off saying I have been to many amusement parks across the country and this was by far the worst. Waited over an hour just to get tickets to come in and spent almost the whole day in line for rides because half of them were closed and the place was severely understaffed. I think I rode 4 rides (including the train, yikes) in the 6 hours we were there. Great weather, however.

Accounting for Texas Six Flags Parks only I would say this is the cleanest park and having a season pass with dining and unlimited photos its hard not to visits the park as often as I can. I have fun most of the time when I go but thats in due part of the quality time I get to spend with family and friends which Six Flags caters too.

However, there are some problems I think should be addressed in a real review. The park is not completely clean giving me the impression the staff only care about their shift where they are paid to do the bare minimum with T-Shirt uniforms when button down shirts provide a more professional appearance and help sell the customer service that is lacking. The staff are untrained in the different passes/perks they have which include at current time (Guided VIP, UnGuided VIP, Diamond Elite, Diamond, Platnium, Gold, Gold Season Pass, Standard Themed Season Pass). Specifically they don't know whether you have a meal pass or not so you have to tell they you would like your free meal, and most don't know about the 50% for Diamond Elite (maybe the other ones as well) so you have to again correct them when they double charge you so I am always coming home with receipts because frankly I cant trust them to do their job correctly.

Management also does not care about theft I witnessed and told not only the staff but a manager and ended up contacting security whom called Loss Prevention. Theft is one of the reasons park costs are so high.. Someone has to pay for that and its not going to be me.

Overall I don't expect management to help me with anything and if I have a bad time there I know I can always count on the contract for the membership and there wording in advertisements.......if that fails it may be time to decide if its worth a legal battle...maybe not but I give 3 stars for the entertainment as is and how it brings families together for better or worse.

I hate the fact that Six Glags allows people to cut in line who pay extra. The flash pass doubles if not triples wait times for most people who can only afford general admission. The last I knew this was a place for kids. And kids have no control over if their parents can afford flash passes. But if their parents can not, then they are punished and cannot enjoy all the same rides as the elite. Above all it's biased to those who make major sacrifices to afford just admission and parking for a theme park for their kids to watch as dozens of people pass them to the front of the as they stand for hours to ride the same ride. And the employees don't always check if patrons actually have flash passes. So honest people are also waiting longer for people whom have paid no more to steal the privileges of the flash pass. With employees turning a blind eye and not doing there jobs. Next time I believe we will choose another activity, and leave six flags to the dishonest and elite.

Great amusement park. I m from Houston so this is the closest Six Flags we have, but it s well worth the drive every time. There are a variety of roller coasters but my absolute favorite is the Superman. Pricing for parking and food can be steep but hey, that s expected. Can t wait to go back!

Also, if you go in the summer be sure to check the days they ll have fireworks in the evening. It s a great way to end the night.

It was packed as usual but did have a great time here for it being the first time here. Didnt like the fact that all these teenagers thought it be cute to cut in front of an already long line and no they didnt have the fast pass... because I asked

It's a great place to have fun with the family! There is a water park with lots of water slides, a wave pool, and a lazy river! The amusement park itself has so many fun and exiting rides too! There is also food stands and stores to buy merchandise which I think is very cool! I would recommend this place a lot it's such a fun experience!

Not good i got a really dum answer for the park being closed on a friday at 6:00 pm they told me because the high school going back to school we is six flags against hirring adults or old people to work or is it only high school students this is my last year getting season pass i will finish the year with my season pass and i wont ever ever step foot in your park again!!

Such a horrible experience. We were sent back at the gate because we were told the adult rides are closed if temperature goes below 50. Other customers were sent back as well. When I called the next day, I was explained that there is no such 50F policy, that the park was open and they were sorry but no refunds. Ivan the customer relationship manager mentioned that I was having buyers remorse and that I should have read the weather policy. I'm sure they had a stress free day on Saturday December 29 since all the paying customers were being mislead about the 50F at the gate. What a convenient way of making money without having to actually service their customers.

I haven't been here since i was a teen, this was my daughters first time & we had a blast. It was over a hundred degrees but if u go get wet first, it makes up for it but da water park closes by 6. U'll still have da rest of da park afterwards then a fireworks display around 10:20 p.m.

Well so I'm from Baytown,tx and I came here with my husband for a few days on a little vacation and we were really excited to go to six flags since we heard so many good things about it. Rest assure that we aren't coming back. It was bad honestly first of the workers are just there I don't think they want to help ANYONE. The concession lines are ridiculous especially if there's a couple of register there and one person ONE that is just taking orders. On another note they in my opinion why sell water shoes if none of the rides ALLOWED THEM. And most of the freaking rides are closed?! I'm never coming back I'll stick to my waterparks in my home town if your from Houston just stick to Galveston water park much nicer. The bathroom/showers are disgusting btw one of the showers had A USED LADY PRODUCT. The whole park smelled as well. And the prices are steep.

Overall we were disappointed with the park. Prices for parking, food, drink, etc., were ridiculously expensive, and the food was not very good. Looked like they haven't done maintenance in years. The general cleanliness was poor. The restrooms were horrible. On the positive side, the rides were great. The Iron Rattler was the best ride.

Absolutely miserable in the summer. They don t have enough access to water, you have to buy a cup for $21+tax just to have a refillable water cup. This is Texas and it s 105 degrees outside that should be some sort of violation lol, let people bring a water bottle in or have more water fountains. We saw two people, including a little 5 year old girl straight FAINT pass out right in front of us (in the same line) from the massive 45 minute long line mixed with the heat and no water. I m sure many other people did too!

They are terrible understaffed and all the food lines are just as long as the rides! A $2 can of beer is 9.99 (tax not included lmao).

We are season pass holders for 3 consecutive years and come 3 times a year from the McAllen area. Unfortunately this visit will be our last. The visits have continually become worst with every visit. We see and appreciate the expansions but what good does it do to expand when you are understaffed and cannot properly handle business. Many rides are continually down and the rides that are open have one cart running and half filled so wait times are well over an hour, sometimes two. Half of the food and snack stands are closed so the few that are open have extremely long lines, again waits longer than an hour. A ten hour park visit should consist of more opportunity than 4 attractions that last only a few minutes. Pay extra for fast passes? Sure we have done that as well, still ridiculous wait times, all the extra money to still have long waits because the park is understaffed. Cleanliness, totally mis-managed. The entire park is for that matter. Tonight we were in our vehicles ready to leave the park at 9:15 in attempt to not be stuck for another hour. It s 10:43 and we just left park gates. One person directing traffic. People jumping out of their vehicles, cars charging in front of others, people honking ridiculously....just ridiculous and completely out of control. Putting family through all of this mess...completely not worth it.

Really fun park with a great selection of rides!

Really fun park with a great selection of rides!

We got Gold Flash Passes and while expensive, they were worth it with the park being packed on the day we went. (We got to ride 7 coasters in the 5 hours we spent in the park).

The Iron Rattler is an amazing coaster, don't miss it. Do your best to avoid eating in the park as most if not all the food and drink is overpriced (as to be expected).

We visited from Canada and had an almost perfect day, till I lost my glasses on the new Joker ride. If any of you ever find a pair of Prada prescription glasses, pls pm me :P

Today my wife and I were chaperones, and took a middle school band to Six Flags. While at the theme park we got an alarming call that one our children needed medical attention. A paramedic named Jonathan quickly picked us up and escorted to the child. US not knowing, the child was diabetic and his blood sugar levels were high. His medicine had been left on the bus and he was beginning to feel ill. Jonathan treated the kid to get him to relax then immediately took us to where the bus was parked to retrieve the child's medicine. What may have been his job felt like he was going over and beyond the call of duty and also made us feel like all that mattered was us. I just wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude because it shows there are still good people out there. Not only did he assist us but did it with a smile on his face the ENTIRE time. My wife and I just wanted to thank you.

In the summer their water park is included in admission not like other parks. I love the different seasonal events they have each year. My kids love the gift shops, lots of cool stuff and great bargains too! There s tons of different food choices so everyone is happy. The food prices area little bit high but not as high as other parks. They really make an effort to connect with people by sending surveys and questionnaires via email. I used to have memberships for my family for 4 years but has to cancel to save money. We hope to join again real soon. We always have fun at six flags fiesta, TX.

Loved it. It was a great experience even on the midst of a pandemic the park was clean and safe. They make physical distancing and masks required. They're serious about it too! Even on a labor day weekend with long lines it was so fun. We will be coming back again very soon. Season passes are the way to go!

Several major rides were closed. One, the Gully Washer, left its entrance wide open with no "closed" sign and we (along with other people) walked all the way up to the loading area before surprised employees told us we had to leave--and not very courteously. Many rides look run down and dirty. There is old gum everywhere. Food and drink prices are probably the most outrageous I've ever seen. On the upside, lines were very short and the roller coasters are great.

Don't bother. Worst experience ever. Paid nearly $500 for tickets and parking. Parking line took nearly an hour. Still waiting line 40 minutes later to exchange tickets I already paid for to get different tickets to actually be able to wait in another long line just to get into the park. Maybe I'll get in by 1 pm after arriving at park opening at 10:30am and the place closes at 6 tonight. Simply terrible. Complete waste of money. Avoid at every opportunity.
