We bought a Fieldstone home this year and had a wonderful experience. Our agent was so attentive and always kept us in the loop. I can t say enough good things about how pleased we were to work with Fieldstone.

Let me start by saying the only decent person at Fieldstone is Joshua Lee. He has been helpful and honest through the process. My house was supposed to be done end of July. Its almost October we dont even have sheetrock. All they have told us is lies and lies and lies. I will be sure not to build with Fieldstone and make sure to tell all of my friends and family not to. I would give zero stars if i could.

I closed in my home in Highland Park 6/30. Fieldstone was paid in full. Still waiting for my fence to be installed on 9/8, after being promised that it would get started last week and then again this week. Initially I was told that they like to do several fences at once and I d have to wait for other homes in my neighborhood to be ready for fencing-ridiculous since you received full payment. Construction manager won t return calls or emails promptly and the realtor for fieldstone is sporadic in his response typically directing me back to the construction manager. To be honest our whole process was this way down to the date of closing. Fieldstone will force you to sell your home before they start construction and then won t adhere to a timeline for the construction process. We had 4 different construction managers during the build and now we have a new guy we re dealing with for the fence. We were told we would close in February and it was the end of June. 70 days after closing and I m still waiting on a fence to be installed, meanwhile the builder across the street has homes complete including landscaping prior to closing, clearly it s not a supply shortage. I ve now had to reschedule my landscaper for a 3rd time as he won t start until they finish their part. Fieldstone was paid at closing and hasn t finished the home, I would not build with them again.

We love the house they built for us. Just like any construction, there were some minor issues but they worked to get them taken care of. Now that we are going to move in we just hope nothing comes up

The process with Fieldstone had its ups and downs but overall we had a very positive experience. There were problems and delays early in the process which led to some miscommunication. We established a weekly check in to receive updates, and from then on we never felt out of the loop and we re pleased with the process. There are some areas of the home that feel low quality, specifically the paint in the house. However, the house as a whole feels very up to date and professionally built. We ve loved the house and are glad we decided to build with Fieldstone!

Bought a spec home from them during the construction process. We didn t get to change anything to the home but overall it worked out well. They did a good job choosing the layout, design, and colors. I work in the industry and am familiar with the processes. We were really frustrated with the grade when we moved in (so were all of our neighbors). We had a lot of flooding issues and met with a few people from Fieldstone but nothing was ever done. Overall have enjoyed our home and the quality.
