Just began our relationship with Fidelity/Card Knox, but so far, so great. Larry and everyone at Fidelity has been very responsive and helpful. I love the control I have over the restrictions and reports. High marks compared to past companies we've used!!

Our business has been using Fidelity Payment Services for almost two years and have found them to be a great credit processing service. We have changed services a few times over the last 10-15 years as many companies raised our fees without notice and had terrible customer service and reporting. Fidelity fees have remained competitive and we have been very happy with their customer service. I highly recommend them for doing your business' credit card processing.

Have been a customer for over a year now. Their low fees and great customer support have helped our business grow. They have a great website that is easy to navigate and you can send customers a link to request payment by card. The site couldn't be easier to use.

I have to say that I have worked with a multitude of credit card merchants over the last 9 years. Liba and Stephanie have been absolutely amazing. Not only have they been professional and knowledgeable, but they have been honest and helpful; going far beyond any level of service that I have experienced in their industry, ever.
