I have been paying these guys premiums for over 10 years. given the bad press around the integrity of insurance companies of late thought it prudent to review my life insurance. I advise them under the disclosure clause of a relatively new medical condition (minor) and asked them to confirm that this would not prohibit them paying out in the event of my death. Despite numerous email asking for the courtesy of a response to the initial query of the 11th of February, they have not had the decentsy to reply!

This sentence was written after fidelity life replied to this review. Obviously you didn't read my review! I have been writing to your so called client services and had no response. Hence the 1 star review!
