I can't think of another chef I would rather have to cater my party than Matt Basile and his company. And not because he is a celebrity or because he is a great entertainer, but his range of talent on a range of cuisines is second-to-none. Having a party? Make sure Fidel Gastro's is on your top list of three. He does very special work. Highly recommend.
