The commonwealths attorneys office has engaged in a pattern of behavior that is not only prejudicial and unprofessional but frankly disturbing. I will only post what I know to be 100% correct as .I would not be shocked to be brought up on charges if otherwise, but hopefully you ll be thanking mister Soros instead of coming to my house.
1. Encouraging Police practices that can only be discribed as entrapment, anyone who s been offered drugs at a bar in FX knows that

3. Unprofessional behavior in court including the use of physical threats and rude gestures
4. Withholding evidence
5. Manufacturing evidence and/or knowingly allowing manufacturered evidence in court
6. Failing to investigate domestic violence and/or child abuse clam (unless your black of course)
7. Ruling on cases without evidence or witnesses (or even prosecutors)
8. Publishing misleading statement about ongoing investigations in order to receive kudos from the public/media
9. Completely unexcusable sentencing practices allowing the guilty and rich to go free (google name Scott Silverhorn) while charging the poor with increasing harsh sentences for minor infractions like using your high beams in the rain
10. Failure to support leagle aid society s/ misuse and abuse of the public defenders office (one prosecutors referring to them as those losers )
11. Being some of the highest payed and most prestigious state employees in a country in wich 40% of wages and salaried workers live under the poverty line (in a country where half the annual bugget is deficit financing

The very very young prosecutor displayed embarrassing tactics in the courtroom was extremely biased very unprofessional display obviously. Very clearly uses the defendants and accuses them from his own personal opinion instead of concrete evidence worst display I've ever seen in a courtroom totally unfair practices can't believe it's legal
If I could give this branch of the Fairfax County government zero stars I would. While states across the country have evolved to instill contemporary values of fairness and decency in their criminal courts, Virginia's remain mired in the past, favoring secrecy over openness, retribution over rehabilitation, the privileged over the disadvantaged, and the government over the individual. Best place to get a trial by ambush.
