Really agree mostly upper management actually the board does consist of relatives but that should not matter to anyone or successful companies fortune 500 companies I believe 35% actually start off with family American dream. Again working the family is the most important thing you can do in times of need..

Worst company to work for. Everyone is related to someone, and if they are related to someone higher up, anything they say goes. Very unorganized. Training for beginners was horrible. Wouldn't recommend working there or even buying from them. Not everyone can be positive for 8 hours a day... unrealistic standards. They expect to much and they only care about what certain people say.
