So many years of regular orders, always feeling reassured it would be with us the next day. Most orders now are nearly a week before we get them, or come via another courier. The personal touch clearly lost for improving margins. Shame
Incredibly frustrating- rang and spoke to Cathy in Southampton this morning. Very friendly. I explained that having identified their product we had previously nominated them to supply a ladder kit and that our subcontractor was messing us around so we needed to confirm if, as we had been told, a ladder kit had already been ordered. I was told repeatedly that F H Brundle could not help me for reasons of confidentiality so I have no way to know if my subcontractor is misleading us. All I wanted to do was make sure we ordered their ladder kits once. I'm sorry but I don't see we have any choice but to go elsewhere. If we could have used your ladder kits, perhaps this could have been a 5* review instead.
First time customer, with just a small order of two galvanised fence posts. But despite this I received great service - good communication at all stages, and very quick delivery, despite the items having to come from another branch. A very happy customer, and I hope to have the opportunity to use FH Brundle again.

I ve used F H Brundle for various projects (garden stairs, balustrade, fencing) and on latest one, they didn t have enough gabion baskets in stock so lady in the office kindly split the order and sent everything which was available and remaining to follow when stock arrives. No extra charge for double delivery . Very impressed!
I feel the pain Daniel Brown experienced in his review recently, i ordered around 10 items (Balustrade components), but the delivery was very slow (weeks and items randomly came on separate days), items were sent on an open-back lorry so all the packaging and boxes were soaking wet and the balustrade posts were falling out the end of the wet boxes. At the end of all this, an item was supplied incorrectly and getting a replacement was painful (and so was the collection of the wrong item).
The items are good now they have arrived and been installed, but i probably wouldn't return.
Fabulous delivery experience, went the extra mile and carried the heavy mesh right up to my door even though he was running late. Excellent service, thank you.
Absolutely top-notch steel and service to match. When the Tuffnells delivery driver caused a problem with the order, F H Brundle rectified it personally, sending out their own driver.
As a combat robotics team, we probably weren't their usual type of client. Despite this, they were incredibly helpful, informative, and professional.

A brilliant company to deal with. Used multiple times for my DIY projects. The choice of materials is wide, high quality, delivered very quick ( the driver is very helpful and friendly), customer service fantastic. What more can you ask?
