I feel the pain Daniel Brown experienced in his review recently, i ordered around 10 items (Balustrade components), but the delivery was very slow (weeks and items randomly came on separate days), items were sent on an open-back lorry so all the packaging and boxes were soaking wet and the balustrade posts were falling out the end of the wet boxes. At the end of all this, an item was supplied incorrectly and getting a replacement was painful (and so was the collection of the wrong item).

The items are good now they have arrived and been installed, but i probably wouldn't return.
